S.W.A.T. Plumbing is very professional and courteous from the moment you schedule your appointment to the time they complete your job. The office and scheduling personal were very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They communicated with me via email throughout the process so I always informed. The best part was working with S.W.A.T. Technician Cody N. He was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. He completed the job quickly and did such a good job of cleaning up after himself you wouldn't know he was there.

We had a big issue with both water heaters. We thank God that the issue was caught quickly. SWAT PLUMBING came out and diagnosed the issues with honesty and integrity. I was very happy with the service, installation is schedule for tomorrow.

Scott was absolutely fantastic. He came out late on a Friday for an emergency plumbing issue and immediately put us at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done.

He then came back on Saturday to finish the job, right on time, and made sure everything was completed properly. His work was thorough, efficient, and high quality. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right.

We are so grateful for his responsiveness and dedication—especially over a weekend. Highly recommend Scott to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy plumber!

To be honest, I was completely skeptical going into this service. Between the reviews I had read and my past experiences with the companies my home warranty provider typically sends, I wasn’t expecting much. But Cody and Jason absolutely changed my mind.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They replaced my water heater efficiently and walked me through everything without any of the runaround I’ve dealt with before. Their work was solid, and their attitude made the whole experience surprisingly stress‑free.

Super fast and SUPER GREAT! Found a leak around 2:30pm, tried draino with minimal success. Called Joyner at 3:19 and received a confirmation at 3:25. Everything fixed by 4pm. Paul (technician/plumber) was fast and awesome. I can not recall the lovely lady's name that made this possible over the phone but, she is a great MVP in my book as well.

This is my second time using Joyner Plumbing and again I had the best service. Paul and Jacob were friendly and knowledgeable of the issues I was having with the plumbing in my home. I am a female and have never felt like they were trying to cheat me. Joyner Plumbing has a wonderful record in this community for a reason.

Excellent Service!! I cannot thank Jack with Joyner Plumbing enough! Our water heater died and we needed quick service to get it replaced. I set the appt with Joyner Plumbing late in the day and Jack was at our home the next day. I recd notifications letting me know when the plumber would be at our home. He was very professional and made quick work of the water heater replacement. I highly recommend Joyner Plumbing!!

Had a flooded yard, broken pipe and I made my first and only call to Joyner Plumbing. I was prioritized as I had no water coming into the house because of , I assume , not enough water pressure available . I did call the water department at 3AM and they graciously came and turned my water off .
Joyner opens at 8:30 and I was their first call. The schedule was rearranged and in less than 30 minutes a professional was at my door. Thinking it would be a quick fix he began the repair. He had a full load of orders to fill and more than likely didn’t get home early. The day was going to be rainy and I hope that the rest of his service orders were easier and all inside.

2 hours later the welding and correction of the problem was fixed, cleanup completed and I was presented with the bill.

I will be forever grateful and loyal to Joyner

Joyner Plumbing is a company that we have always been able to count on. Jacob came out to our house today and took care of replacing all the pipes under our kitchen sink. He did an amazing job and was so efficient. Very personable and a joy to talk to. I cannot see myself using any other plumbing company ever! After searching on the internet and thinking worst case scenario, Joyner Plumbing came through. We had a dripping shower head. I thought we were going to have to cut sheet rock or tile to repair the a valve and cost us thousands of dollars, but they came out and in less than 30 minutes replaced a part (sorry, don’t know the name of it) had our shower fixed up brand new. And, for a whole lot less than what I was anticipating. Great work! Will definitely call back in the future!

My sink was backing up and they got me scheduled within a few hours, kept me updated on ETA, were prompt, friendly, and got my sink fixed quickly! Reasonably priced as well.
