These guys were great! Very professional and personable. I have used them several times and I highly recommend Swatt Plumbing. They were assigned to me by American Home Shield Home Warranty Company. I had to pay some out of pocket to bring my new hot water heater area up to code.

The plumbing technician, Andrew- is extremely professional and friendly.  Highly skilled, interacted well with us, answered our questions and even gave great tips on best ways to wrap our outside faucets.  Will always request Andrew when possible.

First of all, I understand if someone charges a small fee to come out for a consultation (15 mi +). I live less than 4 miles away and was charged a $100 fee. I now have two other companies who are further away and are doing it for FREE! What really made me angry was the being super late and no updates beforehand from the plumbers. The price wasn’t extremely unfair but it was the highest and I can’t even afford to use them afterall. The representative Tiffany seemed unsure about my questions as to how they operated and what to expect. I can’t talk on work quality but how would I know, maybe this company does good or bad work.

Cody from SWAT Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing our shower. He was on time, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. The quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend Cody and SWAT Plumbing.

Breandon with Swat plumbing did great work and explained things thoroughly on the new products installed. He had a great depth of knowledge on the fixtures and the pipes that needing fixing. He did a great job on both interior and exterior pipe issues as there was a lot of different plumbing issues needing work.

DO NOT USE SWAT PLUMBING! They’re unprofessional, overpriced, and understaffed. I hired them to replace my sewage line. There were several days where no one showed up to work on it, or would show up at 4pm to leave before 6pm. When I called to receive updates on the project (because I could never find someone on my property), none of their managers knew what their people were doing. Their team missed the city inspection TWICE and didn’t inform me either time. They didn’t even know that they hadn’t finished the project. To top it off, they caused damage in my siding and left trash in my yard. The project was supposed to take 3-4 days, it took over two weeks and cost $2k over the quoted price.

Swat plumbing, and Jason in particular, did a great job bringing my water heater to code. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Fantastic work! Called on a stoppage and they were here in 48 hours! Andrew was amazing, courteous, professional and just really nice guy! Explaining all along the way, just a great experience. Andrew is the type of person we all want representing our businesses.

Not what I was told or expected . I had all copper. When replaced I have pvc. Also I was told I would have a larger drain hole at the bottom(paid extra for it) because I have large calcium deposits. It looks same as before but it’s straight and not a 90 degree. If they would have showed up at 8 am like I was told it would have been discussed. The tech showed up 10 hours later then I was told while I was not home to inspect before he left. Also did not stick around and make sure the water heated up.

SWAT did a great job finding a part and the visit was as scheduled, prompt and efficient. Andrew was pleasant and prompt. We have always had great service with SWAT. This was a Home Warranty call.

An Expert plumber came to my house from SWAT Plunbing. I needed to have an outdoor spigot fixed. The Technician (Andrew) called before he came and got the job completed quickly. I have been trying to fix it but corrosion had made it impossible for me to fix. I believe it has cost me a lot of money and water loss.
American Home Shield contacted them on my behalf. A great choice! Andrew was very polite and seems very concerned with getting the repair completed. I will ask for Andrew in the future, for any plumbing related repairs.i paid only 100$ to my house insurance to get it fixed and fast.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the staff and technicians of S.W.A.T PLUMBING who assisted me throughout the process. I would like to express my gratitude to Jason for his professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires assistance with their water heater or plumbing-related issues.

Called SWAT for the removal of an old water softener system in my garage that was an eye sore. Beau, quoted me the same price that was like the price I already had. I was not agreeable and he asked me to send him the picture of what I needed done. He might be able to do it for a better deal. Seeing the job, he said he could do it for less, I agreed and accepted the quote. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. I am a veteran, and while on hold I heard they gave a 10 percent discount and that was even a sweeter when Jennifer was scheduling my job. I told her what I heard while on hold and she said yes. That was a good thing being on hold, we laugh.

Connie, the technician arrived on time and did a true professional job. Very easy to work with and with precision. I was 100 percent satisfied with Beau, and Conner working with me.

Trevor with SWAT plumbing did an excellent job today repairing multiple issues with our plumbing. He was very neat and clean with all of his repair work.
He also took the time to explain everything clearly. We are so very happy and relieved to have this done through SWAT and AHS. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Received fantastic service from start to finish. They were communicative about estimated time frames as much as they could within reason.

The work was completed in an efficient manner and both of the technicians we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is for a small ding left in our wall when installing the water heater. I understand and respect it isn’t an easy job, and stuff happens as they’re humans, not robots.
I just wish the technician would’ve owned up to it rather than me calling it out.

If he would’ve owned the mistake, I would’ve easily given 5 stars.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Andrew was the technician that came out. He arrived on time, and was fast and efficient in his work. He was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was done perfectly, and he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know before leaving.
