We had great service David was the best he came around midnight to unclog the pips outside.. amazing job and service!

Excellent service. David was very informative and kind. Made sure to clean up every little drop of anything. I was kinda hovering within distance and he didn't mind and happily explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely keep them on speed dial for any future needs.

David was great! Arrived quickly, resolved the issue successfully, and took the time to explain what was going on and what to look out for going forward. Will definitely call again! … well hopefully not actually 😅

David and Scott came and diagnosed the leaking toilet in our office building. David did a whole flange replacement and reset in no time at all - which is important when you have 70 employees onsite and one of the main toilets is out of order. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! I will call them anytime I have plumbing issues!

Scott came to the rescue here at one the Mattress Firm locations in Fort Worth. We walked into a water heater leak and he was here in no time to fix the issue! He was super friendly and very fast at fixing our issue! This was on a Saturday so it was after hours and he still showed up like Johnny on the spot! Highly recommend these guys! Thank you Scott!

Scott, and David arrived promptly with great communication as to what the issue was that caused our kitchen drains to back up. Pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived and resolved the problem being it occurred on a Sunday evening.

We had a plumbing issue, on a Sunday, and weren’t sure if we could get service. It was awful, and plumbers deserve an huge award for dealing with “crap”, literally! We are so grateful for 1-Tom-Plumbing for coming to the rescue. I called and David Carrillo was at our house in an hour. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and had the line unstopped quickly. It was a Sunday emergency, and I am sure it was more expensive due to that fact, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed. I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber. Kudos!!

I had a serious plumbing issue with clogged drains. Scott and David scoured every clean-out and vent pipe to find and remove the clog. In addition, my grinder pump had failed and could not push toilet output into the sewer line, complicating the clog problem. Working outside in the cold, digging out refuse from the pit housing the pump, up-grading my underpowered grinder pump, up on the roof auguring the clean-outs were all handled with expertise and good humor. Scott was mentoring David and the professional working relationship was evident and worked very successfully. The estimate provided before work began was honored - no quibbles or changes im spite of numerous difficulties. Scott and Chris were able to procur the upgraded pump and Scott and David began work right on time. My experience with1-Tom-Plumber makes them my go to guys! No reservations.

Scott and David did an amazing job!! I had another local plumbing company that was highly rated, come out on two different occasions and in fairly short order. Regardless, they still never fixed my problem.

Enter David and Scott- these guys did everything they could to keep the price as low as they could while still giving excellent quality.

They replaced a toilet, snaked a line and replaced a valve on my guest bathroom toilet and it cost me the same as the other company for their two visits that didn't fix anything.

These guys went above and beyond and even vacuumed the floor when I didn't see any reason to do it - but they did it just because it was the right thing to do! I chose them for their Google Ratings and I am extremely pleased because they gave the service that their reviews claimed!

Scott & David were amazing! Extremely nice and professional. They were my Super Heroes for the day. They came in and fixed the problem in no time. So grateful!

Absolutely blown away by the great service. This is the second time we have used this company. Scott and David were both so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues we needed addressed and they explained things clearly and were so patient, but also worked quickly. In and out in about 45 minutes.

We had a hot water heater issue with water temp in our primary bathroom not maintaining temperature. It’s gas so we didn’t want to mess with it and they resolved that quickly. They also cleared a clogged sink, fixed water pressure in our kitchen sink and I asked them to look at the outdoor hose spigots.

After they finished everything Scott was thoughtful enough to ask if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. That’s when I mentioned the kitchen sink water pressure and he was happy to take a look at it. I am a female in my 30s and felt so comfortable with David and Scott in my home. I will continue to call them for all plumbing needs and will encourage our neighbors to do the same!

We were stood up 2 days in a row by bacon plumbing. We had a busted pipe and was without water. These guys made an appointment for the next day with us and showed up exactly when they said they would.
My husband really liked Tom and Scott. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg but they were very affordable. Highly recommend!!
