Kent and Nathan came out today for our annual plumbing check. Every time we've had a service call or inspection, I am blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. The technicians are always so polite, and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand - answering all my questions and never in a rush. I really appreciate it. I'm not sure the vetting process for your techs - but keep up the good work, you've got an amazing crew. Thank you!

Outstanding service! Lots of communication. Plumbers were polite, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kent who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Will not hesitate to call them again when plumbing issues arise.

Chris did a fantastic job! My sink was clogged and he came within 24 hours and completely fixed it. highly recommend!

Very professional and coureous. On time. Gave us an estimate to fix the sewer problem. The tech explained everything to my son. Pictures of the guages were on the final writeup. Good service. The original water/sewer tests were from having foundations fixed as a part of final sign off. I will post again after repairs are scheduled by the foundation company.

Loy Culbertson came out promptly on a Thursday, diagnosed our plumbing issue quickly, and set us up with a solution. He and his partner Jacob were very efficient and attended patiently to our questions and concerns. He gave us several recommendations to choose from and made sure we were happy with the work throughout the process.

Updating my review after further experience.

Service squad's technicians recommended we have a filtration system installed for our house to solve our problem. We did, and what followed was a 6-weeks-long saga of trying to get the city inspector to approve the install. My takeaway is that either we were de-prioritized, or Service Squad was unable or unwilling to complete the communication w/ the city and/or the filtration system's vendor to get our install approved. The inspector required them to install a part that - according to Service Squad - was not necessary. So now this is the solution in our front yard.

The most frustrating part was that we basically didn't hear anything for about 4 weeks, and then when I started calling for information every day for three days, things started moving again.

If you call Service Squad, and if they recommend any significant install, get a second opinion.

The positive is that every technician that came to our house was a model professional, worked quickly and diligently. I stand by my original review for Loy, and the same goes for the technician that came out later, named Nathan.

Further update, less than an hour later:

An O-ring seal on the filtration system just failed, flooding our front yard.

Rick answered all my questions and helped me understand the plumbing test process.

Nathan and Spencer came out to do a followup to find a leak for me and suggested a number of improvements we could potentially make. Really appreciated their candor. It's an 100+ year old house, things need fixing.

Hope to be working with Service Squad in the future.

John texted me when he was on the way with an ETA and he arrived early within the 8 to noon window. He promptly got to work on the estimate for our bathroom sinks plumbing issue and came up with a very reasonable price, then got to work. He and his assistant were in and out in less than an hour. Before and after pics attached. No leaks, no drips, no errors. We are very satisfied customers.

Looking for the right plumbing company can be frustrating. We had work done with Service Squad in 2021 and had no complaints. New plumbing issues arose so we called them back. They got me in same day. Nathan was great, answered every question we had and explained in detail so that we understood and the best part…their pricing was fair.

Technican Nathan was very nice and professional. He was very thorough and detailed explaining the root of the problem literally. He gave me a fair and reasonable estimate and future repair which was great compared to other companies. I would strongly recommend this company and Nathan if he is available.

The technician was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to clearly walk me through everything he was doing as well as what may need to be done in the future. Service Squad did an amazing job replacing the entire sewer line under our house, that was original cast-iron from 1965. The initial technician who diagnosed our problem was Incredibly thorough in his evaluation, let me follow him around, explained what he found every step of the way, and was happy to answer all my questions and show me all the video from inside the sewer pipe. He could not have been more professional and detailed in his explanation. He provided me multiple options at different price points for repairing the damage. The technician who actually replaced the pipe was also just as thorough, taking photos every step of the way of what he was doing, and making the replacement process is easy on us as possible. The excavation team they brought in to dig the tunnel under the home was also excellent. The scheduling team was extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall, the The entire team was very professional, very responsive, very communicative, and and completed the project faster than I had hoped. The.price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received and I couldn’t have been happier. I will happily use Service Squad again in the future and highly recommend them.

Friendly and helpful staff. Service techs got here quickly and got right to work. Antonio and Nathan were very professional. They assessed the situation and gave us options and prices to let us choose what worked best for us. The job ended up being a little bigger than we thought and I needed to go pick up my daughter from preschool. Antonio and Nathan worked fast and got done quick so I could go get my daughter. I called 1-Tom-Plumber early morning and they arrived a few hours later. David was my contact and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these folks based on my experience!

A number of companies will say they are open 24/7 but for some reason when you call them on a Saturday, they’re “booked” and can’t get any one out until the next business day. Well, 1- Tom Plumber IS open 24/7 and they will get to you, be patient. Scott showed up at 7:00pm on a Saturday, after, I might add, driving from a job in Burleson. It took him about an hour and he was done and going to another job. Scott did a great job, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Trust me, do not sit around calling other plumbing companies and fall for the fact they will get someone out on a weekend. Just call 1- Tom Plumber and you’re done. I am very happy with the service, the repair, and thank you very much to Lindsey for your professionalism, kindness and seeing to it that I was able to get my repairs done on a weekend. I truly appreciate all your help.

Had a tremendous experience with David as far as taking care of my commodes working properly. Came in with a great attitude and very understanding and professional. Survived the problem and started taking care of the problem. This was our first time using this company, but we are extremely happy with their service. David is a great asset to this company. I called 1-Tom-Plumber Fort Worth on New Year's Day (not expecting anyone to answer but hoping to leave a message for a call back the next day.) To my surprise, Lindsey answered! She was great; she promptly scheduled a visit for the very next morning. Her communication and friendliness were excellent. I was kept fully-informed of the technician's arrival time (David.) Upon diagnosing the problem, David patiently and carefully explained everything to me. He answered all my questions/concerns, was very professional and helped me understand the problems and my options. I don't usually have a great enough experience to both leaving a review, but in this instance, David and Lindsey impressed me so much that I knew I had to spread the word. Thanks for making the experience smooth and efficient.
