These guys are amazing not only did they find the issue with my septic system that other plumbers couldn’t find or fix and it cost us hundreds ! But this guy Johnny they have working for them not only fixed it but knew exactly what was wrong with it !!! Amazing and the cost was great also highly recommended

But John Baldasaro was quick, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable with his chosen trade. Not only did he explain exactly how my water heater broke, but he also explained what to do to avoid it in the future. Thank you John for being kind and patient with my incessant questions!

We had bad water pressure only at the kitchen sink. John took the time to troubleshoot rather than just change parts. John was very knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond with the service. Plan to use for our bathroom remodel.

I will only call John Baldasaro from Wild West Plumbing from now on. I had another plumber out that quoted us $4000 for the leak I couldn’t find in my front yard. I had a sprinkler guy out who tried to quote me $800 to fix pieces of the sprinkler system which I as a total amateur could tell were working fine.

John called me back on a Sunday, talked through the problem with me, and came out and had the leak identified and repaired in 3 hours for $600 the next day.

He explained the short term/long term pro’s/con’s of how we could fix the leak. Fixing the low quality mainline quest pipe we have now vs the long term benefit of replacing the quest pipe that will very likely fail in the future.

When you have an issue like this you’re eager to throw money at it to make it go away and so many companies prey on that! I trust John with all my plumbing issues for as long as I’m in the DFW area and would recommend him to anyone.

And I don’t really write google reviews but it’s important vulnerable people know who the good people are! John is one of them.

I called John @ 7:45 am and he was here by 8:30am. He had to chase the upstairs bathtub drain in the kitchen ceiling. .He was able to rectify the problem. FIVE STARS! John Baldasaro has been to my home in Arlington several times. His work is always excellent. He carefully tests everything before he leaves and he cleans up his work area cleaner than it was before he arrived! Always first rate plumbing work.

I’m a licensed plumber…My parents had a leak that started last week in their home about 300 miles from me. As I was scrambling to try and find a way to get up there to help, your company was recommended. I was worried about the potential costs and that the job would be done well for my retired folks. My Mother has had nothing but compliments about the job John has done, and I feel y’all have been very fair with your pricing.
