I Would recommend this company; they don’t oversell their prices are affordable and reasonable and they’re pretty efficient. The Plumber they sent me was Justin; He was easy to talk, Didn’t oversell anything, And explained everything to me where I could understand it.

While we didn't have what you'd call a true plumbing emergency, Jack came to our house over the Thanksgiving holiday after he had already been working all day. Justin with Wild West Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! He came out to replace/repair an outdoor faucet that has been giving me issues for a couple of years, and he quickly found the true root of the problem and fixed it properly. His knowledge and experience were very obvious, and I appreciated how confidently he explained everything.

He was clean, neat, extremely friendly, and very professional from start to finish. What I also loved is that he helped me create a plan and schedule for a few additional plumbing updates and repairs around my home. It feels great to have a trustworthy plumber who thinks ahead and helps prioritize things instead of just rushing through one job.

And the pricing? Absolutely amazing. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised by how affordable a home repair was. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had.

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Kent and Corey were neat, nice and had great manners. They explained the problem and the fix. They were also very conscientious of my time. I would use them again.

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

First of all Mr. Corey was pleasant to be around. Very nice in displaying a friendly and courteous attitude. His business ethics was on board with displaying and taking care of the customer. Loved his smile. Thank you Mr. Corey Venerable....

So far it has just been a consolation in regards to a toilet repair for a toilet leaking at the base. This was just a consolation as of 05Sep25, with a consolation fee of $79.
Trey was great about getting under the pier and beam house and checking the subfloor confirming that there had been damage there but not to the beams. He and I discussed options of me repairing that prior to them finishing a replacement of the toilet and a new correctly sized to today's standards flange.

They have done excellent job. Mr john Backer attended my drainage problem he knows what exactly have to done. Overall I would say it’s affordable price for the high quality work.
