Had them come out 4 times over 1.5 months and finally got the problem fixed! It was just hot water not working on a bathroom faucet fixture, but multiple technicians came out to diagnose the issue and couldn’t figure it out and the fixture needed replacement. Got the wrong faucet last week but they came back today and got it replaced quickly and efficiently.

Only 4 stars for multiple delays and the total time it took to solve the problem. The technicians were all awesome, especially Bam who got the job done. 5/5 for their plumbers.

Had Cody N as my technician. He was a great guy. Fixed our shower problem, was quick, and was great to talk to.

Austin C. was great. Efficient, professional, and worked with me so I would understand the process. They also sourced alternate materials due to my child’s metal allergies. Thank you so much.

Incomplete job. After the leak was repaired, this hole was left open. Hole full of water, box outside and not reinstalled, sod at one side of the driveway

Trevon B was awesome. Prompt, professional and even kind enough to accommodate me by waiting a few minutes for me to get home because I couldn't get back home in time for his arrival. This is my second time having SWAT service my home and each time has been an excellent experience!I appreciate Trevon and this company because they care about delivering quality service.

I recently had my water heater replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service! The plumber was incredibly professional, efficient, and—most importantly—very kind and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s not every day you find someone who does great work and treats you with genuine respect. Highly recommend! :)

The plumbers just rigged the toilets to work until they were able to find an issue that charged out of pocket cost. They are always late and extremely overpriced because they have contracts with the warranty company. The plumber left pipes uncovered and exposed during the diagnostic. They have extremely large arrival windows and are always late, but if you are running late to meet the plumber the dispatch lady calls you yelling with an attitude. This company is trash because they work with the warranty company. I am not interested in having One Guard or ever dealing with SWAT Plumbing. Trust me and take your money elsewhere because it will be certainly cheaper and take less time out of your day!!

Scott was promoted and knowledgeable. Solved my hot water problem very quickly. SWAT provided me with 5 star service yet again!

Randall, Whitney and Bam with SWAT plumbing all provided excellent service.
I do not recommend SWAT Restoration or American Packout (Hired by the restoration team). They did not do their job correctly and when things were missing from my home, there was no action talen and no accountability.

Rep’s name is Gerald - he and his assistant were very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was done quickly and he explained what was done and why. Highly recommend.

Andrew did a great job. From the courtesy call to let me know he was on the way (which he arrived precisely as he said). Courteous, and gave a heads up as to what to expect. Work was completed, Andrew cleaned up and left the area looking as good as when he arrived.

And their office staff (spoke with a couple) were just as good.

The technician came to my house with his own agenda of making more money, started inspecting the plumbing system of the house instead of the problem he was to fix. Gave the warranty company wrong information and they denied my coverage.

Had a leak in the plumbing in my wall day after Thanksgiving. SWAT responded promptly and sent Randall out to do the repair. Knowledgable, capable, and friendly, Randall went the extra mile for my plumbing issues. Wouldn’t hesitate again to put my plumbing needs into his and SWAT Plumbing’s hands again.

Andrew completely fixed my broken toilet very quickly & showed me what was wrong & showed me how it was fixed! He was very kind & explained an answer to every question I had! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs honest feedback and help! -Stefanie
