Had a small plumbing issue turn into a bigger mess than I expected, so I called these guys here in Fort Worth. Honestly, I was a bit stressed, but they showed up on time and got straight to work. The plumber explained what was going on without making it sound complicated, which I appreciated. Everything’s been working perfectly since. Just really solid, reliable service overall. Would call them again without thinking twice.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that we noticed late in the evening and honestly it had me pretty stressed. I called a residential plumber in Fort Worth and they were able to come out sooner than I expected.

He was calm, explained what was going on in plain terms, and got right to fixing it. Didn’t make a mess, and even checked a couple other things before leaving. Everything’s been dry since.

I had a plumbing emergency and I called Peerless plumbing in Fort Worth, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said they could come right away. The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or any other plumbing job.

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was quick and professional, same day fix, and no nonsense. Had a clog in a drain pipe affecting 4 drains, plumber that came out cleared the clog, offered suggestions, and checked all other drains to ensure we were good to go. I’d definitely use them again.

Be careful they will take advantage of you if they think they can.

Excellent customer service and great people. had an issue of water backing up called and within an hour Nicholas was here to figure out the issue, called a gentleman with a camera, Bryan, to come and help identify the problem and both got it figured out and we are getting things scheduled to be fixed, they are still working on it at 10pm, amazing customer service and great people the both of them, hats off to them and would happily recommend them to anyone in need.

This is my first home and so I was very nervous finding a good plumber, Steve came out within 20 min and was so helpful! He made it such a good experience that I was at ease knowing he had my back. Thanks Steve! You're awesome sir!

Had a broken water line in our front yard between the meter and our house. I called the Weatherford number and was able to get a "technician" to come out that day. After he dug down to the broken pipe, he had to go to Home Depot to get the supplies to do the repair. You would think that with the size of the truck he showed up in that he would have the supplies in the truck! 3 hours later, he had the water line "fixed" and charged me over $800!!! A few days later I investigated his work on my water line. He had cut out about a foot long section, but instead of replacing it with a straight section at the same level, he put in elbows raising the repaired section several inches above the adjoining water line. Then he did a terrible job of placing some foam rubber pipe insulation ( the wrong size for the pipe) around the higher section. I had to put more insulation around the pipe, and I'm hoping it doesn't freeze this winter. If it does, I will hold them responsible. I will never use this company again.
