As of August 2024, the leak still remains, and our bills are still high. The technician was unable to fix the issue without causing the faucet to leak, so we were given a discount on the bill. However, the problem persists—our home remains damaged, and the leak has not been resolved.

It feels like the company doesn’t care about its customers—we're just another job to them. No one has followed up to address or fix the issue, yet they would be quick to place a lien if payment is delayed. We feel taken advantage of and deeply disappointed by this experience.

They have wonderful service crew, and I have always been pleased with the results... No one likes having to call a plumber, but when it’s necessary, this is a great company to select!

I had a great experience with this company (have used them once before). I called them out thinking I had a backed-up sewer, but after a thorough check, it turned out everything was clear. They didn’t charge for the visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The plumber (I didn’t catch his name, apologize) took the time to look into a couple of other plumbing concerns around the house and gave helpful advice. He was professional, honest, and clearly knew his stuff. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
