As a landlord, I’ve used Roto Rooter Fort Worth many times over the years and have always been delighted. I call, they come quickly, clear the drain in a craftsman-like fashion, and hand me a predictable bill. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Roto Rooter!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Steve was the guy and he was great. He came, take the time to diagnose the problem, transparent with the pricing, and fix the problem in a timely matter. Definitely I would used Roto-Rooter again.

Main line of the house was clogged for reasons unknown. I tried to clear it myself with no luck. Contacted Roto-Rooter and had a technician on site within an hour.
Brayden got straight to work after evaluating the issue and had the line cleared in an hour. He was very polite and informative, he ensured that we knew what he was doing and even provided additional advice on how to remove the scratches from the toilet. -
The spot he marked was 4or 5 feet off from correct spot according to the plumber. Plumber tore up more than necessary if correct spot had been found first. I was told that if he was off more than 2 feet I would get a refund but I got nothing. The man was sent back out but was again wrong according to where the plumber finally found the leak.

Great customer service. Always work me in same day. Their plumbers explain things well. Cost is laid out clearly. Work is thorough, and if any follow-up is needed, it's immediate. I own a lot of houses, and this is my go-to plumber for everything, not just clogs.

Braydan, my technician, responded quickly to my call. He was very courteous and worked 3 days to get the necessary repairs completed. He arrived on time each day and took the time to explain the problems he encountered and patiently answered all my questions. Not only did he do a great job but also left my property very clean. I definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Braydan.

OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES
A plumber arrived at 12:00 PM to clear a clogged front drain and quoted $345 for the job. Around 1:45PM, he told me the clog was cleared but claimed there was a separate issue in the back yard—a PVC pipe had come apart and was leaking into the yard. He then said the new quote was $2,750.
I was shocked. He told me I didn’t have to use him for the repair, but then stated I already owed $600—even though the original quote for snaking the drain was $345. I’m still not sure how that number jumped to $600. At that point, I felt trapped and pressured, so I agreed.
He provided this new quote without digging or even inspecting the pipe.
Close to 2pm he went and dug in wet /soft mud approximately 2ft deep in about 30min and told me he needed to go to Home Depot to get a 2-inch telescopic coupling, which seems like a basic part a plumber would normally have on their truck.
He returned around 3:30 Pm . installed what he later said was a $90 part, and filled the hole back in with mud. The job was finished by 4:45 PM.
So to be clear:
• 12:00–1:45PM: $600 (snake)
Store 2:30-3:30
• 3:30–4:45 PM: $2,000
That’s over $2,000 for roughly 2 hours of work (or just over 3 hours if you include the trip to the store) and a $90 part.
When I called to question the charges, I was told that digging a hole—regardless of whether it takes 10 hours or 30 minutes—automatically costs over $2,000, and that this is generated by a preset button on their iPad.
I have no issue paying for honest work, but this pricing feels grossly inflated, misleading, and predatory. I will attach photos so you can clearly see how shallow, soft, and wet the ground was. This experience was completely unacceptable. -
Your employee that turned up to do my water heater is definitely an asset to your company absolute pleasure to work with. Did the job in a couple of hours and unblock my drain that’s been blocked for 20 years plus I’ve had five other companies around here to do that and no one could do it he did it in about 30 minutes. We would definitely definitely recommend this company to anybody looking to have any plumbing, etc. work done. and I have actually talked to him about doing some other work, but I will reschedule when I’ve got another day off, One of the questions further down ask about the price the price is irrelevant as long as the job gets done properly..

Appointment was easy to schedule, he showed up quickly — same day. He unclogged our toilet and ran the camera to tell us why the clog happens frequently. Didn’t try to add mow services or price gouge. I knew what price range it should have been in and I felt it was fair. I will use them again.

My 80-year-old mother's water would not drain, which has happened before. We know it's due to roots invading the pipes to the septic tank. We called a well-known plumber in Weatherford who was quite rude. He did get the water to drain, but as soon as he quit and charged us $260. It lasted only a day, and then he had his assistant return two days later. He, also, quit as soon as he got it to drain again and charged another $260.We then called another popular plumber who was nicer and had apparently trained under the first guy. He had his assistant work on it for about 15 minutes, but he did not get it to drain. He said it was roots and charged $200. He said it needed to be looked at with a camera, which he could do for another $300.We called Roto-Rooter, and they came the next day. The young man who worked on it spent hours and cleared it all the way to the septic tank. He also took pictures, which he shared with us. It has been over two weeks with no problems since, and we have since had Roto-Rooter clean out the septic tank as well. They charged a very fair price, especially considering they actually accomplished something—unlike the others, who basically did nothing.

Had a clogging emergency with overflow the night before. At crack of dawn, called Rotor Rooter and they immediately returned my call to set up an appointment for the same morning for 9:30, and showed up at exactly 9:30. The technician was very courteous, friendly, and immediately assest the issue. He reassured me everything was going to be okay, and within 15 minutes began working the issue. Fast forward, an hour or little more later, he was done. He explained issue and how it was repaired. He also explained the work guaranteeand and darn good price.
We're DEFINITELY calling them again for any future issues. Let's just hope it won't be anytime time soon! -
