In the course of a remodel our contractor brought in a "value" plumber. We ended up having to cut out walls behind two fixtures, one in a power bath and one in a bath. The "value" guy soldered lines to wrong connection lines, we couldn't get water out of any of the three shower options. NTC came in with two very polite, clean service guys. They were awesome. The powder room problem required changing out a valve behind a mirrored glass wall, everyones concern was the mirrored wall would be broken....etc. etc. NTC got the valve changed out, put on the new faucet without a single problem. They then repaired the upstairs bath shower issues, perfectly. They were extremely neat and clean. A bit pricy but everything works, worth the cost alone. We will defiantly have them back. Thank you, NTC!!!!

Brandon and Daniel came over when my kitchen faucet was flooding my kitchen. They were courteous and professional in every aspect. I would highly recommend these two outstanding young men for any and all plumbing jobs!

CJ is an outstanding service rep! He is knowledgeable, professional and preforms the service in a timely manner. He is fair and works with the customer with billing. Would highly recommend this company!

Noone wants a busted outside faucet....just glad I was home when it happened. I chose NCT because they were close, family owned, recognize and give discounts to veterans, military, seniors, first responders.....I'm a senior and THEY delivered. Will use them in the future....no doubt!

I am currently experiencing a nightmare at my new home that "passed" inspection. My sewage line needed to be replaced as did all of the gas lines in my home due to multiple gas leaks. NCT plumbing has been the only individuals who I believe have gone out of their way to help me. They worked with my schedule and to ensure that I was comfortable they made sure to have Paul (plumber) out with contractors, the city inspector etc. Paul was very professional and nice. I trusted them to work on my home in my absence. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

As a general contractor, we work with many different contractors. NCT is among the best; quality work, professional, and well priced!

Punctual, professional, no complaints – except for one biggie: the price (which I agreed to, of course, before the work was performed, but just didn’t want to mess with trying to call another plumber). It was just extremely expensive, I thought, for what we had done (even with a “10% discount”), so very unlikely we would use this company again.

NCT improperly installed a water heater. The next day, my renters/tenants discovered a heavy gas smell in the garage. They got ahold of me, and I had them immediately evacuate the home.
I had to leave work to go to the house and meet the NCT technician. He confirmed the installation was done improperly, and that there was indeed a gas leak.
I spoke with the owner/manager. While I appreciated their quick response to the house to fix the gas leak, it was however their mistake that caused the problem. I'm hoping that I see some type of discount on future work to compensate me for the time and inconvenience that I went through.

We had a shower faucet leak and NCT was able to contact Delta on our behalf to check if it was covered y warranty. It was in fact covered and they were able to get the replacement part shipped quickly and then came out immediately to install once it arrived. We've also used them for our tankless water heater service and have been very happy with the price and quick response.

The water pump in our Master Toilet went out and it was still under warranty. The plumber arrived on time, assessed the issue, did a replacement, tested the new water pump, and was out the door. I was happy with the quick visit and my toilet works perfect again. Thanks NCT!!

Experience with Brandon and Daniel was great! They were on time, courteous, informative, and transparent with all applicable fees for service. They forgot to turn on the main water line at the street after performing pressure test, but promptly arrived later to turn it back on. I will be using NCT Plumbing for all of my future needs!

No issues with tech or service...just WAY overpriced. $99 just to knock on your door and then hundreds for even the smallest repair. After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change... and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job....way too much). Buyer beware....looking for new go-to plumber.

I can not possibly say enough things about this company. They have given me excellent service every time they have been here, they are more than prompt, quality I have received is excellent. The repairman that comes is absolutely a gentleman, polite and more than willing to explain what he needed to do in order to fix my problem. It seems as though I keep using the word "excellent" over and over again but that is the word to use to describe this company.

The NCT employees were prompt, friendly, and accommodating with my schedule. My project was more challenging than originally expected. I appreciate that the work was done efficiently while minimizing tear out, and the area cleaned up. Thank you to CJ and Greg, my plumbers! I am very happy with the completed project!

CJ, the plumber who came out to our house to help us with our issue, was incredibly professional, funny and patient. He took great care to make sure that he explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to suggest methods to avoid this same issue in the future. Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very respectful of our home. This is the company that plumbed our home during the build 7 years ago. We were happier with their work more than any other contractor. Definitely the type of company you want to find!

My faucet had been leaking - we scheduled an appointment, no problem. Jessica on the phone is lovely to work with. Unfortunately our situation escalated, I called back and they sent a crew out within 40 min to replace our faucet. The technicians were professional, efficient, and polite.
