Job: 50 Gallon water heater (Mine was 20 years old!!)

We had tree roots that severed a water line and busted the resident’s shutoff valve. Jace took really good care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything along the way, and was kind and courteous too. He organized each step of the process (diagnosis, hole digging, repair, fill dirt replacement). Rockwater is extremely reasonable, honest, no hidden fees, and had discounts to offer. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Corey also worked very hard to fix some unforeseen issues that popped up as a result of the waterline repair. Those repairs were completed at no extra costs to us and most were upgraded from what we had originally.

Great and efficient service - with wonderful pricing. Junior is an incredible worker him and his team managed to covered the ditch and fixed the pavement entirely within a day !

Josh was our technician! He was at our house and finished within the hour. He was professional, friendly, good with dogs, and even cleaned the shower floor where the water had backed up in the bottom! Hukill’s was fast, reliable, and reasonably priced! We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

My wife & I had a septic tank back up. So we called Hukill’s & they sent out John Marshall after hours to help us. He arrived on Sept 2nd @ 6:15pm & went straight to septic tank to determine the problem. Dealing with John was very kind, outgoing, professional & really cared about our needs. He found the problem within minutes of arrival & started to run these big hoses to empty our tank. The tank was slightly up hill & ran like 6 hoses & was pumping away. We had some issues with flooding & John checked that too before leaving! Advised my wife & I with a solution. We would highly recommend Hukills because the experience we had with John Marshall was exceptional. We are extremely happy & satisfied. As we are retired & John treated US like family really showed us with his hard work & kindness…..

Shawn showed up exactly when he said he would be there. He came in and got all of our plumbing hooked up. Double checked everything was working good. He was prepared with all the parts and everything looks and works great!

This last year we had a water loss in our kitchen and Hukill's showed up in record time to come and get things going for us. Every technician who showed up was amazing. At the end of it all our kitchen was transformed into a beautiful place for us. 2022 - Blake from Hukill's was a life saver! When we moved into our new home the existing water softener was not working. Our hard water problem was not good and was causing issues. Hukill's was able to make recommendations on what would be the best solution. Blake came and installed the new system and we are very pleased. We love working with them and we would recommend using them as your go to company!!
