Very professional and hard working. I had significant blockage that they continuously traded off working on so someone was always making progress until they could break the blockage free. They talked me through the underground system to help me understand future problems. Would recommend.

Mr. Justin came out to conduct an inspection of our gas lines for a Boy Scout working on his Emergency Preparedness merit badge. He showed a boy how to shut off the gas in several places and showed him how to check for leaks. We discovered a hot water heater exhaust was misaligned and leaking in the process. This was not a major job, but given that it was his last stop of a long day and he had to answer lots of young boy questions, he was very patient and kind. We will definitely be calling when we have work to do.

Justin and his team did a wonderful job installing a tankless water heater with new lines. Looks great and they were available very quickly!

Justin and North Texas Plumbing were very professional and prompt with their service. They quickly identified the source of a leak and took swift action to resolve it (replacing sink faucet through warranty that I thought was expired). They helped resolve a couple of issues that were outside the original call as well.

Justin was great! Was able to give an on the spot estimate and install water heaters that same day. He's knowledgeable, experienced and great with the discussion re what needed to be done. Will definitely use again.

Justin came out within an hour in freezing weather, had to do some extra work on our busted pipe, got it fixed in about an hour, cleaned up after he was done and got us our running water back on! He was awesome! 100% recommend!

Justin came out and knocked it out of the park! We needed a drain unclogged and the water heater cleaned/drained. I contacted him in the morning and said he would come out the same day, and he did! I highly recommend Justin and his team. I found a possible water leak issue late Sunday afternoon and he spoke with me directly and correctly identified the problem after I sent him pictures. He came out Monday morning and replaced an outside faucet. Very honest, dependable and a company you can certainly trust and count on to do what they say they will do!!

Justin and his team were able to quickly assess an emergency main line break as well as potential other issues in the pipework of my 75-year-old home, and fit me into their schedule asap. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand, with my dad also present to confirm what they were saying was reasonable and accurate (I don't know anything about plumbing). This company came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine and I am very happy with the service. I messaged them on FB to book, expecting it to be a few days for them to get out for a non-urgent plumbing issue. However, they were able to get out to us next day and were flexible with us on scheduling.

Their system is modern and even texted me a link with an ETA showing the technician on the way with a live map. I’ve never seen that before. Previously with other companies, I’ve been told a window of service (3-5PM) and they show up whenever they want with no warning. I really appreciated the ability to plan properly.

The technician (Corey) arrived promptly and on time. From the moment he introduced himself, he was very respectful and pleasant. I told him he could keep his shoes on, but he left his shoes outside out of respect anyways. He was well spoken and knowledgeable about the issue. When I originally messaged the company the day prior, I sent them a video of my issue and they predicted it to be a small issue, expecting it to be a minor fix. Corey was upfront and after inspecting the part in person, he found it was a larger issue. He needed to pickup a part to replace it and he returned very quickly. He was clear in his intention with the repair and didn’t try to manipulate or upsell the fix. He actually did the opposite, he spoke with the owners of the company and out of good faith they charged is for the lesser issue they thought it was and ended up saving us a significant amount of money.

While working on this issue, I mentioned another problem I had and he was able to give me a quote for the additional service for me to request another day.

I appreciate Corey’s honest and hard work he completed today, we will definitely be requesting him again to help us with any future plumbing issues that arise and the current issues we can schedule servicing for in the future.

Outside of Corey doing an outstanding job, this company is amazing. They support law enforcement and offered a discount upon booking. It’s a small gesture that means a lot.
