Just had NTPS install a water heater. Justin is awesome and he had the heater changed out within 24 hours of first contact! This is especially helpful when you are 1,100 miles away from home and your wife has no hot water 😂. Thx again Justin!

Justin was timely, professional, and efficient when he changed out two water heaters and replaced an outdoor faucet for me. The cost was over 25% less than one competitor and almost 50% less than another. Don’t waste your time with any other outfit. Call these nice folks now. Oops, I almost forgot... They answered the phone!

It is the norm for Justin to respond in a timely way, send a confirmation of the appointment, text when he's en route and arrive when promised. From my observation, Justin is clearly an expert in his field and in customer service. It's good that he explains everything, treating me with kindness and respect. I consider myself blessed to have this connection available when things in my plumbing world goes sideways.

Justin took great care of us. Called him in emergency on Thursday afternoon needed hot water for tenants. He was there in 2 hours and got job done sooner than I expected. Communication was great. And price was fair. Will use him on all homes in the future.

Justin did a great job for us! We recently bought a new home and he was able to come give us an estimate on a 25 year old water heater and water pressure regulator during the option period. We got a quick and fair estimate and used him when we closed on the house. We were able to update our 75 gallon water heater to a tankless, had two toilets installed, a gas line ran to our dryer, and he installed a water pressure regulator. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

Justin was referred to us when we purchased our 1941 home in Fort Worth. Five stars isn't a high enough rating for the service this company provides. We have used NTPS for natural gas leaks; rerouting natural gas for our new outdoor grill along with the normal water leaks and new kitchen and bath installs. This past Christmas Eve we woke to water gushing from outside our window. Justin was over immediately to turn off the water even though plumbers don't service sprinkler systems. His dedication to his customers allowed us to have a very merry Christmas.

The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. They got everything taken care of without going over the original estimate, which I really appreciated. We had a leak and Justin came out same day to give a quote, putting my mind at ease. I thought we had a slab leak and it turned out to be a spigot leak. It is all fixed now. Reached out in the evening to schedule a visit because of a possible outdoor leak. We scheduled a visit for 8a the next morning. The tech was there early, and although I had already figured out what my issue was, the tech took the time to dig out the main key from the curb and the house that I couldn't find. On top of that, they didn't want to charge 😃 (I paid anyway 🤓)

North Texas Plumbing Solutions does an amazing job. Justin has worked at our house on several different projects and made great recommendations and is very knowledgeable.

ReplacedProject one was a leak in the attic at a water filter ahead of the tankless water heater that other groups had tried to fix. Justin identified the problem, replaced several parts and pipes and reinstalled the filer. He quickly had the problem resolved and the leak was fixed. The cost was about a third of what we had paid to others that didn’t fix the issue.

The second project was an issue from the water company on the supply side. He installed a regulator on the house side of the meter and the issues with appliances and the connection points was corrected. His cost for this was again very reasonable.

The last project was some plumbing work associated with a remodel we were doing on an our guest bathroom and laundry room. Justin was very responsive and did all of the work and also replaced the old shut off valves that were seized up and not working. He made some suggestions we had not thought of, was help in recommending where we could purchase faucets at better prices and worked with us to schedule the work to fit the rest of the project.

The pricing is great, the service is great, Justin is extremely trustworthy and we won’t consider using anyone else.

The whole process was amazing! Getting an entire waterline replaced can be expensive and time consuming. The process they used to pull the old pipe and run the new one without digging any trenches was awesome. I saved money and the damage to the yard was minimal. My old house waterline was a mess and they were still able to complete it in a day. So impressed.
