Jeff DuBose fixed the clog in the kitchen sink but failed to show up for a follow-up appointment to install A garbage disposal. I left a voice mail for him but he hasn’t returned my call yet. Should I call a different company to install the garbage disposal?

Clint was on time, diligent, efficient, and professional! He replaced the water valves in the laundry room of my mobile home, now I can enjoy my new washing machine. I highly recommend Clint and Mr Rooter!

I had a plumbing issue come up extremely late at night and decided to give Mr. Rooter a call. I honestly thought I would just get an answering machine however, Mo answered the call and asked specific questions to see exactly what was going on. He showed up and gave a very detailed explanation of what the problem was. He also showed me exactly what he was doing and walked me through the whole process. He resolved the issue in under 30 minutes, that I had been working on all day. I could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and will definitely be using Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs. 5 stars for sure!!
