It was a pleasure working with Damien and his team. Jeff and Armando came out to perform moving our gas line and they did a great job. They were both professional, informative, and made sure the job was executed correctly. I would 100% work with Damien again!

Had an emergency over the weekend when a water line busted in my yard just before it comes into the house. Called Raines because they were close and spoke with a tech in less that 5min. Ended up talking me through some options to get me through till Monday which saved me the weekend emergency rate, and was on schedule for Monday morning. He arrived and got the repair done and it wasn’t an arm and leg to get paid.

Raines plumbing is someone I can trust. They do complimentary estimates before charging you. Jeff has been to my house twice now and did and excellant job. Gave advice and took care of my plumbing problems. Thank you Damien!

Damon showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and actually explained what was wrong in plain English. He fixed my leaky kitchen sink in under an hour and even cleaned up the mess before leaving. Felt more like a neighbor helping me out than a ‘service call.’ Highly recommend if you want someone who’s straightforward, fair, and actually cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend!!

He replaced the hot side flex hose and added a temperature & pressure drain and relief value. I was thrilled that I did not have to replace the hot water tank.
