I had a hot water slab leak in my garage. I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I contacted several plumbers and everyone wanted to jack hammer and charge $3500 and more. Condy gave me the option to reroute the line at 1/3rd the price. He did the job and I paid exactly what was quoted. He's my new guy for any plumbing need that might happen in the future.

Condy was referred to me by my handyman. Both of my outdoor faucets needed to be replaced. They were prompt responding to my call and provided a next day service. Condy was effective in communicating the problem and any forgoing issues that could occur during the replacement however we did not have any issues and it took him no time at all. There was no mess left behind in my yard and no more outdoor showers...and to be honest he did a better job than the builder and the home is only 5 years old...Thank you Condy😃

Had a main sewage line back up and the home warranty company was saying they couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it (weekend emergency). Called Condy (owner) and he answered almost immediately. Got to my house and had the line cleared quickly. Will absolutely go to this company for other plumbing jobs I need handled.

I had to replace cast iron drain lines for the whole house. We had a few problems along the way, but Condy worked to make sure everything was made right. His work schedule is unusual, but that was never a problem. In the end, the job was done well.

Part way through the process, we had a drainage issue on a Sunday, with a house full of guests. Condy came out quickly, and fixed things almost immediately.

Responsive, great work, reliable. I love that he's available for evening work around my crazy schedule. I've used Condy for over four years now. My master bath always took forever to get hot water due to how the house was built, after he added a pump thingy in the downstairs bath hot water got there in no time. He installed my tankless water heater - affordable, quick installation and it's been a God send. Always hot water - three can shower at the same time in washing clothes and dishes. Had a small pipe burst, came out quickly and fixed it no problem. Was also very helpful with a hot tub gasket leak. I've referred him to my neighbor and parents and they were very pleased as well.

The only plumbing company I will be going to from now on. I just wanted to change the flange on one toilet in my house. Had a large reputable company provide a quote. They stated that since I have old cast iron pipes the job is not doable without breaking into the foundation and swapping out pipes. The cost was not doable...

I called ICON on a Friday night. The owner himself came out on a Saturday to get the job done. He was able to show me that the cast pipes are still in decent condition. Got the job done at a fraction of the cost without breaking into my foundation.

Called with a frozen leaking exterior faucet. Record cold day in North Texas. Condy responded quickly and was able to resolve the issue same day. Price quoted was the final price paid even though he had to make an extra trip for parts. Very personable, friendly, and professional.

Plumber arrived in a timely manner and the same day they were needed. However, the price was insanely high. Would not recommend unless it’s a last resort and be prepared to pay a premium.

$600 for a 45 minute repair. There’s no way the parts were more than $50. Even if there was a $100 fee just for showing up, that’s still $450 for less than an hours work on a straight forward job.

I called due to a leak by my water meter. He responded immediately and set my appointment for less than 24 hours later. He explained what the issue was and the solution. This is the 2nd time I needed a plumber and he is My Plumber on speed dial. His price was fair and service was excellent. Thanks Condy

Condy came to take a LOOK at my hot water heater. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The other company that came charged me for coming out and then told me to order a certain part and then, pay him for coming back plus he wanted me to pay extra for his drive. I PRAISE GOD for good old fashioned customer service like ICON. This company really cares, very polite and trustworthy!!! Thank you Condy and God Bless you and your company!
