Their services came highly recommended from others in the neighborhood. They were right. I received a quick response when I requested a service call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. They arrived in time and worked quickly to replace the old parts. I will be using them for any future needs and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Panther City Plumbers are great at communication, quick, and very professional. Overall they did an incredible job in explaining everything to me & installing the best quality toilets.
I called on a Monday for toilet replacements, had someone out by Tuesday to quote me, and by Thursday they were installed. Quick, easy, professionally done! Will be using their services again.

Panther City Plumbing has been out and worked on my home 3 separate times, Slab leak, sewer line issues and this last time a gas water heater replacement (attic). All three service calls were done same day, reasonable price and stellar service! I can’t say enough positive things about this company and how they treat their customers! Plumbers are one of those trades that once you find a good, trustworthy, reliable one you don’t need another one… Panther City Plumbing is that company!

Called on a Saturday to fix a leaky toilet for my elderly mother. The flapper ($5-10) and fill valve ($20-$30) were replaced, plumber was there for about 30 min and charged my mom $475!!! No way would I ever recommend this business to anyone.

Scheduled with this company due to a gas leak at my home. Second plumber I scheduled with while Fort Worth is getting snow/ice and I have no heat. This company said they’d charge me $700 to run two diagnostic tests based on the pipes in my home. I told them no way. They were trying to take advantage of me being in a tough situation. The company last night wanted $350 but didn’t have the part. I’m not paying double because you think I’m desperate. Will never use them again or recommend them at all.
**Repairs done. Cost for test from the other company: $350. This company is a scam. If I had seen the accurate reviews that seem only to be on Yelp, I would never have called them.

We had Michael come out to us early in the morning and he was a glowing ball of positivity. Absolutely a pleasure to have Michael come in and do his work. He left everything looking better than I could’ve hoped and even gave some helpful tips on the future. If you’re like me you’re probably thinking you can do it yourself to save some money, don’t. Call this company. Try to get Michael.

These guys are absolute saints! We called Plumb Shield in a panic when we came home from work (after hours) to find water seeping out of our slab foundation. Help came within the hour, and a diagnosis was made in even less time. Terry took time to explain how our system works and gave us multiple options to repair the leak. An entire crew was sent first thing the next morning and the repair was completed before the day was over. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and their ability to make minimal cuts in our walls despite the extensive repair that was needed. They will always be our first call moving forward!

Michael and Johnny saved Christmas! Hosting the holidays is fun, but not when your sink starts backing up and you can’t find the cause. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, laid out my options, and had my kitchen back in working order in under an hour. We had a pipe burst during the latest freeze and Mike was there to help in no time. He found the burst pipe and replaced the pipe very quickly. Mike was honest, friendly and extremely helpful. Hopefully we won't have any more emergencies, but if we do I know who to call.

Michael arrived on time and was very friendly! Turned out our issue was as simple as changing out some batteries, so it was very quick and easy and he did not charge us since it was such a quick fix. We called several plumbers and these guys were the only ones to answer/not voicemail and they were at our house within the hour. We’ll be calling them again next time we need help!

I want to give a shout out to Terry!!! He was very easy to work with. He clearly explained to me what he needed to do, and then completed the job as stated. He was prompt to his appointment with me, made me understand why I didnt want to go the route I thought I wanted to go, showed up at the time he told me he would be there, and finished the job faster than estimated! He was able to get permit and inspected all in the same day, without any real loss of time without water! (Maybe 20 minutes if that!) The best part was I didnt feel like a dummy because i had to call a plumber, if i would have moved forward by myself it wouldve caused a lot of headache and possible trouble with the city, lol. Thanks Terry, and the whole Plumb Shield team!!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

Michael did a fantastic job! I had two different issues that he was able to address in a timely manner. Now my drains are cleared and I've been advised on what to look for in the future (not related to what he fixed). Great having someone work on your home to ensure everything will continue working as it was originally intended.
