I had water backing up in my tub and shower. From the time Desiray answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. She got me scheduled within 30 minutes, assured me everything would be ok and took all the time that was needed to make sure I understood the whole process. The guys showed up, were very courteous, explained everything to me in detail, gave me the price and got to work. It was a relief to know how much it would cost up front and not being shocked in the end. They had my issue resolved in a couple of hours, left no mess behind and assured me if there were any issues they would come back out and resolve it for me. Desiray was so kind and uplifting in a very stressful situation. Used them for a hydrostatic test. Scheduling was super easy and they were so friendly. They were able to get us in within a few hours. Communication through process was great. Mark, the technician could not have been more informative and kind. He did great work and we are grateful.

Had a stopped up shower drained. The guy was on some and very friendly. He fixed the problem. The only thing was he was not there that long and the price was a more than I was expecting. Other than that we were happy with the service.

We just bought our first home two weeks ago when one of our pipes started leaking due to an improper fix from the seller, causing major water damage. Isaac came out and diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater. He explained what needed to be replaced in a way I could understand. He was upfront and honest about the pricing. The tech arrived at appointment time and was very friendly. Overall a very good experience!

This team is amazing. We had repeat issues that they took very seriously, after addressing it the first couple of times. When the problem persisted, four or so guys showed up to troubleshoot. I’ve personally experienced companies who blow stuff like follow up visits off, so to see a team so willing to unquestioningly do the right thing is so refreshing.

In the middle of a kitchen update, a pipe started leaking under our kitchen sink. I received an immediate response when I contacted PCP and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technicians arrived on time, identified and repaired what was broken very quickly. They were very efficient and professional.

So happy they got my sink working. I called at 4:00pm & they were at my house in less then 30 minutes. From the very beginning when I called to when the plumbers left I had exceptional severe. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service.

Wonderful company to work with! Our kitchen sink started backing up when we ran our dishwasher and was beginning to clog with regular use. Called Panther City and they had techs out next day to fix it. Prompt service, reasonable pricing, very personable employees. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

The Panther City team has been to our home several times. They are always courteous and prompt, and explain what the issue is, along with the cost, before proceeding. And they fully clean up after themselves before leaving. We appreciate that they try to work us into the schedule whenever possible. They have also fully replaced a toilet for us in the past. We have had no issues with any repairs they have done for us. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Had a PRV and expansion tank installed. Really great work. Technician explained in detail what work was needed and why, which I appreciated. Also was willing to be competitive with other quotes I received from other companies. They were able to schedule me for the same day as the quote which was nice given the extent of the work needing to be done

Thanks to Panther City Plumbing. Would recommend. We had a water heater bust in the garage and needed fast attention. Panther was out before 9am on an 8am call. They accessed and gave estimates fast. Although it was more expensive than I had imagined, it seemed fair and accurate for the service. They were back out before 12pm to repair that same day. New water heater was installed and we were wrapped up before 2pm. Great, fast service. Austin was very nice and trustworthy. Thank you again for being so efficient

Panther City Plumbing were polite and prompt in their diagnosis of my water heater issues. After some consideration, we went with them for a new water heater.

Attached are pictures of the "textbook" install. Isaac and team left my garage even cleaner than it was before, and do stand behind their work if/when there are any issues.

I cannot say enough great things about Panther City Plumbing. Our plumbing backed up late in the evening. I was prepared to call multiple plumbing companies until I was lucky enough to find one open, but it only took one call. I filled out the form online and before I could even get to the second company's website, I was setting up my appointment for my repairs with Panther City Plumbing. The constant communication was incredible, the repairs were done the very next morning and Jessica and Isaac made this the easiest service call I have ever made. If you have a plumbing issue, scrap all the other numbers and add Panther City Plumbing to your contacts.

We had a water leak that we thought had been resolved after a different company came out and “fixed” our toilet. Turns out, that’s was not our source for the leak, so we called Panther City Plumbing for a new set of eyes. Austin was very professional, timely, and considerate. He explained the situation (the leak was actually coming from the pipe in our wall) and process well, which allowed us to make the best decision. Additionally, booking was easy, and I appreciated the text updates! Overall great (and quick!) experience!
