I recently had my 16-year-old water heater replaced with a tankless system by Panther Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier! Isaac and Kacey came out to provide an estimate, and they were both incredibly kind, informative, and patient with all of my questions. Kacey returned to complete the installation, and he was just fantastic — super friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Panther Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again!

Called in the morning with a leaking water heater. They had a new one installed the same day. Friendly and efficient.

Had a slab leak. James was quick in diagnosing the problem and where it was. Went in through a closet to minimize damage to high traffic areas. Started work the next morning and repaired with very little inconvenience to our home considering the work they had to do. He was professional, punctual, and did exactly what he said he would do for a fair price. I couldn’t ask for more. A great plumbing company with good, trustworthy people! Highly recommend!

I have used Panther City Plumbing twice now. This time was for a slab leak which is never a small job but the quote was reasonable. Well the not small job got a little bigger which can happen with any project. Despite this the quoted price was never exceeded it was actually reduced because of the project growing more then planned, taking longer than expected, and not being to Isaac's (the owners) standards . I wouldn't use or recommend any plumbing service besides Panther City.

Great service! Called at 8am & they were here at 11am. Replaced my leaking kitchen faucet & garbage disposal, and replaced the shut off valves that weren't working. Also added a separate shutoff for my under counter water filter. This is the second time I have called Panther City Plumbing; they do great work. I know it is done right. Thanks

We had a pretty steady leak at our water meter & these guys were out here and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Awesome and friendly service. We plan on using them again in the near future to install a new kitchen sink & a toilet.

Master Plumber Isaac Gann is literally the best. He sent out Cody within a few hours to assess our situation post-freeze last week, and got our faucet changed out to stop the leak. Everything was quick and we were left with the ideal situation, NOT stressing about this for longer than we had prior to calling. Cody also had to work around the previous installation issues to make sure the faucet was flush against the already protruding bricks. Thanks for all your help!

Great serve! Ran a gas line for my outdoor kitchen, they worked the permits for me with minimum damage to my yard. Everything came out great and something that will last for a long time.

From the time we called to request the service throughout the completion of the needed repairs/replacement everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. Jose arrived as detailed in the text messages. Upon their arrival, he accessed the issue and explained our needs and options. They started and complete the work quickly.
