Our issue ended up being super simple, but we were able to get quotes for a few other things in the house on this visit too. They got back to us within 24 hours of submitting the form, actually it was even less than that! Just all around great, fast and friendly service.

Willy Dayton stopped by to assess gas water heater and explained very detailed of the diagnostic issues knowing that fact my old one last 14.5 years , so I thought it was time to get new one. He worked with me diligently with all the options available to get two new units. We negotiated a great price. His respectfulness is the key to get things done. He was able to get things done and quickly brought the crew to come in the next morning to install new water heater! He has a great ability to connect human and listed to any concern he or she has! I give him 5 star!

Bryan came out to install our water heater on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. He cleaned up his work area and presented the repair and showed us how to operate the new controls.
Marcus was here in the morning for an estimate and was professional and explained the cost and benefits of using their services.

Tyler was great and explained everything thoroughly when I had to replace my 85 year old main sewer line. The guys came to dig on Christmas, even. Matt came the day after Christmas to put in the new line and had it up and running in less than 2 hours. Great work!

Brian did an outstanding job repairing our main drain line. Arrived on time. Identified what he was going to do and completed the work and final testing for and leaks. Very polite person.

I will have to say the whole process with mother modern plumbing was amazing. From the first contact all the way through to the end communication was outstanding. They would call to confirm send an email as well as a text message which had a link to follow the plumber showing exactly when they would arrive. The crew that they use to dig the hole as well as do the backfill did an outstanding job. I wanna give a shout out to Josh who is the lead on this project as well as Mario who did the work. You can bet if I have any more plumbing issues. I will definitely be calling mother, modern plumbing.

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. MM Plumbing promptly came to my house in Richardson and provided great service and quality work. MM Plumbing's cost was $1k cheaper than another company's estimate.

Really appreciate the diligence and ownership our plumber, Bryan, took to repair our collapsed sewer line. He worked late into the evening on multiple days to complete the repair, provided a partial interim solution while the repair was in progress, and stayed on top of the City of Dallas inspector and repair offices to encourage the city to complete their side of repairs. Feel like he genuinely cared about restoring water usage to our house as quickly as possible. More competitively priced than one other mainstream service provider we quoted. Will definitely use again if a need arises!

Jesse was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, & kind. Yep, those kind do still exist, lol... He's proof. He was able to fix the immediate situation & was able to tell us the where & why it was happening. When speaking about the solution, he was sensitive to the pricing & was able to secure a great one. Highly recommend. I had my tankless Hot water go out or so I thought. I had 3 plumbers come out. 2 were clueless then I called Mother as someone I know recommended Dustin's company. Tyler came fast was super professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He was confident and straightforward.

Most companies would try to find things wrong to charge you but it ended up being a simple reset and her was honest. I'll use them going forward because of this as recommend them to others because now there's trust.

This company did a great job. After some initial miscommunication, one of the owners reached out to me personally. I had extensive broken pipes and they finished the job in good time, and cleaned up the area nicely, even installing new clean outs, which was an extra nice service at no charge. I would highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They strive to make sure the customer is taken care of and satisfied. Definitely a customer oriented company providing excellent workmanship.

I scheduled Mother Modern Plumbing to service and inspect my tankless water heater. My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window.

On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive.

Marcus was the technician who came out and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He serviced the unit, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance.

This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

Casey and Johnathan came out promptly this morning and fixed our toilet! I had accidentally flushed the plastic holder for the tablet deodorizer and it had stopped up the toilet. They had to remove the toilet to retrieve the holder and then remount the toilet. They were very professional and efficient and even removed their shoes while walking in our home. Casey explained the quote for what had to be done and completed the work as per the quote. I can recommend Panther City Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

I called Panther City first because of their great reviews and reputation in Fort Worth and I can't say enough good things about them. Isaac was kind and responsive to my request when I was having a hard time getting an estimate or follow-up from other plumbing companies, one of which proposed costly excavation work that Panther City didn't even need to do. Although I allowed my original estimate to expire, Isaac honored it and scheduled service within days of my call. Jose and Jonathan were incredibly nice, informative, and efficient. They completed the repiping in about a day, doing a little fine-tuning the following morning and even resetting the garbage disposal on their way out. My water bill immediately returned to normal and I have hot water again.They turned a stressful situation of old, failing pipes and some huge water bills into a straightforward fix at a reasonable price. It was refreshing to find a friendly, honest, and professional plumbing company in my time of need, and I highly recommend Panther City to anyone needing a plumber in Fort Worth!

*Update: Had issue with hot water supply to clothes washer. Isaac took my call immediately and Cody and Clayton came by just a day or two later and did a great job. They spent some time diagnosing the issue and there was no charge, not even for their trip; Panther City covered everything under warranty. IMO, they're the best for a reason! Isaac and all of their associates maintain a high standard of workmanship, professionalism, and integrity. I highly recommend getting an estimate from Panther City before going with any other company.
