After a horrendous experience with another plumbing company who took my money and did NOTHING to help me, I called Trusted Plumbing.
I don't even know where to begin. First of all, the sweet lady answering the phone was VERY helpful and kind. Even she knew the right questions to ask and scheduled me right away. Made me feel instantly comfortable and confident that I was going to get great, fair, honest service!
Then, Michael came out and explained EVERY detail, gave options, and was super friendly. Detected my leak and gave me advice on how to proceed and quoted a very fair repair estimate.
This family business is a blessing to those of us who need plumbing repairs! May God richly bless this business and all who work there!

Trusted Plumbing will forever be our go to plumbing service from now on. Mike, Manny, Jonathan, and the rest of their team are professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and hard-working. From the first phone call and throughout the whole process, we had a wonderful experience. They helped us every step of the way while repairing our pipes. They explained the process, answered any questions we had (which I had a ton), gave us honest advice along the way, and went above and beyond on our repairs. The guys at Trusted Plumbing are always quick to respond and really trustworthy. Any time I’ve had questions or potential problems they have responded quickly and taken care of anything I need. Most recently, I was unsure if I had a leak and they came by that same day. Never felt like I was being sold a service I didn’t need or taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

I was quoted $900 for an in-ground water line repair—more than double what other plumbers in the area quoted. The job involved replacing a pipe less than two feet long, with the dirt already dug up and fully accessible around the water line. I had previously spoken with them and explained that I would handle the digging myself and would reach out once I was ready for the repair. The next day, when I texted them politely asking for a quote based on what I found, their only response was "$900."

If you're looking for fair pricing and professionalism, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. This company either grossly overcharges or doesn’t want to get their hands dirty.

Trusted Plumbing came out within 30 minutes of my calling about my front yard flooding. Steven assessed the issue right away and got to work to fix the broken pipes. Very trustworthy work and plumbers. Will be using them again!

Trusted Plumbing and Leak Detection was amazing to work with! Trusted Plumbing is a smaller family-owned company and they helped us put a gas line in for our house and did a wonderful job. They came in, looked at the best route to put in our gas line, gave us a quote, and delivered on everything! Since they’re a family-owned company, they found the easiest and most direct route. They don’t try to do anything fancy to charge their clients more money. Once they give you a quote, they deliver on their word. They have clear and easy communication and they work very hard. They’re a wonderful family to work with and don’t disappoint!

Had a number of plumbers come out to assess a service line leak. While Trusted Plumbing and Leak Detection was not the lowest bid, they did the work efficiently, quickly and were very easy to work. I would work with them again.

Trusted Plumbing saved the day. I made the mistake of hiring a different company to fix a water leak, was charged nearly $1,000 for repairs, but the leak wasn't fixed. This most recent service was fixing a shower leak and helping finish my failed attempt to upgrade our shower. I am glad I surrendered and called in the professionals to help, Jonathan was extremely skilled, patient, and knowledgeable and was able to get me sorted and all my issues resolved.

Just had Jonathan from Trusted Plumbing and Leak Detection out, looking for the water leak at our house in Plano. He showed me the continuous water flow going through the curb-side meter, then worked his way through our various water-related devices. Water heaters, check. Toilets, check. etc. etc. None of those affected the water going through the meter. Then he checked our pool auto-filler, and bingo! Turning it off completely stopped the water flow. While they don't do pool device repairs, I am thrilled to finally have the source of the problem definitively identified!

It turned out to be my sprinkler system, and even though they don’t fix sprinklers, he showed me how to shut it off so I wouldn’t keep losing water. Super honest and helpful.
