Had them come out for what I thought was a slab leak. Turns out it was not. From the setting of the appointment to the intra day communication to the showing up on time everything was top notch. I found them to be professional and honest. Will use the for all my future plumbing.

Called these guys out fix a leak in my master bathroom. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the situation. Not only that, they were also able to catch other issues that I had no clue about, which included a break in my dryer vent. Work was really good, the guys are very friendly and easy to work with. We had a pipe burst in front of our house one night and in trying to get it all worked out with insurance and everything we ended up without water for 4 days. Mike and his crew from Trusted Plumbing have gone above and beyond our expectations. We came home to a flooded house, then, as Murphy’s Law would have it, our sewer lines backed up a week after our house was being mitigated from the water damage due to the flooding of a broken pipe. We recently had to hire a plumber to come out and replace our water heater. We found these guys on Thumbtack, and wow! They did such a great job. They didn’t charge us to come out and give an estimate, they communicated well, showed up on time and were able to come out and fix the issue within 24 hours. The overall cost was very fair (much less than anticipated). I recommend them with the highest confidence.

I recieved a recommendation to use trusted plumbing service and they really lived up to their great reviews. They are professional, fair priced and they really put in the time and effort to identify/address the issue completely, not just put on quick fix on it like some of the big box companies do. We had a sewer clog as well as a leaky washing machine hookup and they were able to quickly and efficiently take care of both of those as well as answer some of our other questions/needs. They were so helpful, especially for us as new homeowners trying to figure things out. We will definitely be using them moving forward and highly recommend!
