Very frustrating, water heater installment took over 30 hrs, cause us to lose power and manager Alan Torres just does not care.

I rarely leave reviews, I wish 0 stars was an option but this situation has been beyond frustrating. Over six weeks ago, the company approved a refund due to a completely inadequate camera inspection. Their technician sent just pictures and claimed it justified a 10,000 dollar job with no video recording.

After recognizing the issue, they agreed to issue a refund, but I still haven’t received anything. Since then I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up. I’ve been told to “give it more time” and “ call back later” over and over. I was assured several times that a manger and someone from the refund department would contact me the same day. That never happened.

The lack of accountability, follow through and transparency from multiple departments is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before working with this company.

Horrible experience, negligence, incompetence, theft and lies. Wrong water heater installed, installed it incorrectly, blew my breakers and damaged them. Sales tech said they wouldn’t install a Home Depot water heater and did exactly that. Initial installers lied about how they messed up

I had a great experience with Reliant Plumbing for a routine maintenance task at my home in Fort Worth. James, the technician, was professional and efficient while performing an electric water tank flush located in my garage. The entire process took just about 15 minutes, and everything was handled with care. He also answered all my questions. I appreciate the quick service and attention to detail.

As someone who has never flushed a water tank before, I was a bit hesitant about whether it could be done properly in just 15 minutes. However, James’s care and positive attitude during the process brought me some comfort, and I can assume and feel a bit more confident that the job was done right.

Update: Over a month later the “discount” they gave me for their poor experience was charged to my card without notice or communication. THEY TOOK BACK THEIR “MAKING IT RIGHT” GESTURE.
I will be disputing these charges and notifying the Better Business Bureau. Please do not trust this company.

If I hadn’t been I would have had to pay for the first round of electrician charges for the damages to my breaker box. The “Manager”Alan Torres kept trying to divert the fact that they had messed up big bc the technicians were “good guys”. He insisted he would take care of me once the dust settled but he really just ghosted me. I was told they would charge me for the second half when the work was done, I was charged while sitting in my house with no power or water. Initial techs stole my flashlight that I lent them bc they were doing the instal by their phones and couldn’t see well enough. You’re told you are being put on their service plan to save you hundreds, but the reality is it’s a contractual year that you can’t cancel early and you must give a 30 day notice by email. I strongly recommend using another plumbing company. Lucky I can’t give zero stars.

One of their drivers in a company van about ran me off the road tailgating and honking during a heavy rainstorm. If they are that reckless on the road I can only imagine what their quality of work is like.
