Thankyou Plumb Shield Plumbing for fixing my sink back in 2021. I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review, but I really believe in all of you and the work you do. May you stay blessed.

Terry was very professional in explaining the problem with the cartridge being very damaged and he also replaced the plastic handle with the pictured one below and showed me how to navigate the different water temps. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and he provided me with a specific invoice.
I also wanted to acknowledge Stephanie, when we called her this morning and she gave us the window of when Terry would arrive which was 9-11, my sister explained to her that if possible, we would need an earlier time as we are preparing for a funeral. She moved some appointments around and Terry was here around 7:40am and again, he did an amazing job!!!
I would recommend Plumb Shield to family and friends and I also will be using the company again.🙂🙂

Michael did great and quick work. I had contacted another plumbing company a few day ago about a leak and it took 2 people to say there was just a leak from the faucet which ended up being a bigger issue they had overlooked. Michael got straight to the point and showed me the issue, explained, and gave immediate solutions which all took about 2 or 3 hours including the repair and getting supplies along with coming to an affordable price. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone I talked to was incompetent. From the woman who answered the phone, to the kid Nathan they sent to fix our toilet. He did a terrible job and the company does not guarantee their work.

Very untrustworthy and trashy business practices.

Terry was on time. Quick response from first call. Very courteous and took time to explain options. He replaced the control valve and rebuilt the toilet. Very pleased

Needed a 20+ year old water shut off valve replaced. Got a fair estimate and was able to schedule the service within the next few days. Nathan and Terry were knowledgeable and professional. They explained exactly what needed to be done, were quick to complete the job, and discussed how to use and maintain the equipment. I will be calling Plumb Shield for all my plumbing needs.

Stayed at a B&B with some plumbing issues. Terry and Nathan arrived and used their professional equipment to clear some tree roots and debris. They also used a camera to identify a large root problem and advised the B&B owner of steps to have the city of Ft Worth address this big issue. Photo of the large tree root attached. Very professional crew and we appreciate them coming out on a Saturday morning.

Terry R was extremely nice, prompt (I called at 11pm and he arrived prior to midnight) and professional. He diagnosed the source of the backup, cleared it and ran the camera to ensure there were not any other obstructions and made a couple recommendations to prevent this in the future. It’s nice to have good service provider contacts (I am a realtor and regularly asked if I “know anyone good at” something) I will definitely recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing to my clients.

Nathan and Terry came on a Saturday to repair a copper line leak and explained everything they were going to do in detail and once they completed the repair, they again went over with me the work the performed and weather insulated the pipes before finishing the job. They also explained to me the possible cause of the leak and gave me recommendations for future replacements to prevent any future problems. I will definitely call Plumb Shield Plumbing in the future.

Mike did an awesome job on my sewage line. Him and his team were very quick at excavating the area and replacing the entire pipe. Had some hiccups with the city of Azle when they either forgot or just ignored the request for a final inspection and had to wait an additional day. But no issues with Mike or Stephanie, they were both very helpful and did what they had to do to finish the job.

Terry & Nathan were great. Arrived when they said and even with extra stuff I asked them to do, finished the job quickly. Installed a new toilet and replaced my failing compression valves (x3) in the house.

Terry and Nathan came in today to fix our clogged pipe. They arrived quickly and worked efficiently. Amazing service! They are my go-to and I highly recommend their services.

I recently bought a new house that needed a new water heater. Terry and Nathan arrived and took the time to carefully go over my options. They completed the service timely at the price I was quoted. I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had an after hours emergency water leak in our yard. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing and within 30-45 minutes Terry and Nathan arrived. Terry and Nathan were able to quickly identify the leak and put together a plan to repair a broken fitting. They neatly dug a 1x1” hole, repaired the leak, and left everything good as new - even with the Texas summer heat, you can’t even tell they dug a hole. Very friendly and professional, extremely responsive. Prices are a little high, but understandable for an after hours emergency repair. Military friendly and provided a small discount. Will use in the future and recommend to others.

Terry and Johnny did a really great job assessing the problems with our toilet that was installed incorrectly. We tried to save some money and ended up having to have it redone. The peace of mind was well worth the price. They did a very professional job and also took care of a backed-up tub drain as well. They were very friendly and took time to answer all our questions. I never felt they were in a hurry and when they finished they cleaned up everything and it looks great!

We had a leak underneath the sink, and we were able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Terry & Nathan were friendly, professional, and on time. They took time to make sure I understood what the problem was along with discussing my options. They ended up replacing our worn down garbage disposal unit, and we have no more leak! This is our second time using these guys, would highly recommend.

Terry did an excellent job on getting our plumbing issue squared away. Terry explained the potential causes, and preventiives to the blockage we had. He also went over in detail over the packages available to coreect my issue.

Nathan and Terry were SO friendly and professional and did a very quick job. Showed up on time and informed me before they were arriving. Seemed very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again when needed!!

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Had a concern about a leaking irrigation line Damian and Terry we’re very knowledgeable and helped me turn the waterline off to the irrigation system. Very helpful. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything!

We have had to call Plumb Shield Plumbing twice this year for two separate issues, and both times service was excellent!

In February 2025, I called Plumb Shield the morning of a bathroom leak, and their team was at the house working before 11 am. They quickly identified the cause (a cracked plastic water supply hose in the primary bathroom cracked that led to water damage) and advised us the same type of hose in the guest bathroom. We chose to proactively replace the hoses with a metal supply hose.

The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They patiently answered all our questions and helped us stay calm by focusing on what we could control during this unexpected situation.

Just last week, the primary bathroom toilet fill valve failed. I called Plumb Shield in the early morning, and they came out same day and quickly fixed the problem! I had kept the magnet they provided me in February with their information and received 10% which I deeply appreciated.
