We had a break in our main sewer line that caused sewage to backup into our master bathroom bathtub and shower and also hindered the rest of the plumbing in the house. We called Plumb Shield Plumbing for an emergency repair, and Terry was able to arrive in just a few hours. Terry diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary repair in only 45 minutes. The next day, the sewer line was excavated, repaired, and our plumbing was back to normal. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough, professional, and friendly Terry was and how much I would recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing for any plumbing need, standard or emergency. They are efficient, effective, and professional.

The service was quick and transparent. The hot water heater install was same day at a good price. Mike and Nathan did an awesome job. I had a great experience with this business and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

On Sunday, (8/11/24) I had a spigot behind my fridge break. Need an emergency plumber & Plumb Shield sent out Terry & Nathan & they were incredible. They fixed my issue quickly (quality work in a timely manner is ALWAYS a good sign) & were incredibly friendly & took time to explain what they were doing & why they were doing it. Highly recommend!

They had plumbers Terry and Nathan out quickly for a whole house back up. They got us up and running in no time and diagnosed the problem, scheduling repairs for the next day. A faulty pipe was dug up and replaced and the trench filled in in one day. Plumbers were thorough and explained in detail what they were doing and why. Very pleased.

Terry did an absolute good job for installing the kitchen faucet. I will cal in the future if I have service needed.

Overall Great Experience. I came home to a lovely leak flowing from my sidewalk and I found Plumb Shield Plumbing and within an hour Terry, Damian and Nathan were dispatched. I appreciated the cost transparency upfront and they got to work. They found the leak and explained what needed to be done and the repair needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost seemed reasonable with no hidden fees.

Sewer line from house blocked and needed it cleaned out. Nathan and Damian had to use 3 machines to finally get to the blockage but they prevailed. They are efficient and knowledgeable employees. And they came out very quickly. Plumbing repairs are expensive but these guys did an awesome job.

I had an excellent experience when Damian and Terry came to flush my hot water tank. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home, leaving the area spotless once the job was complete.

My hot water system is running perfectly now, and I feel confident it’s been properly maintained. It’s rare to find service that combines skill, honesty, and great customer care—but Damian and Terry delivered all three. I’ll definitely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing water heater maintenance or plumbing work.

Terry, Nathan, and Damien did a nice job in our bathrooms. They installed new cartridges in both, installed two new pop up drain stoppers, and snaked out a bathroom line for us. They were all polite and informed us of the required work along with an estimate. They left the work areas clean.

Terry and Damien were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and quickly fixed our leaky garbage disposal. They solved the issue, and everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend their service!

All I can say to service of this company and team that came out to fix my problem was AMAZING. Discovered leak in my flowerbed and made a call. Next day arrival and communication by Nathan and team (Damian and Terry) was outstanding. He walked me step by step as to what the issue was, what next steps are, walked thru pricing and anticipated completion. Ended up having to replace my old gas heater as well. Also amazing was that Nathan and team worked around my time schedule and school pickup. Well organized and communication by office team to arrange city inspector, as well as, notice of arrival of city inspector within 2hr window was great. Absolutely outstanding group of individuals.. highly recommend for your plumbing needs

The vacuum breaker on an outdoor faucet had failed during our latest freeze resulting in a busted frost proof pipe extension. This was not discovered until nearly a month after the freeze when attempting to use a garden hose. I called Plumb Shield and let them know the about the issue and informed them that it was NOT a pressing matter. They lady on the other informed me that, if i would like, they could have someone to my house within a few hours for an estimate. Terry and Damian arrived slightly before the prescribed window, allowed me to voice my concern and hypothesis, provided theirs, gave me a quote, and once I agreed promptly got to work rectifying the problem. Once all was done they then showed all that had occurred and went over some warning signs to be on the watch for so as to prevent this type of damage from occurring again. Very prompt, transparent, and professional. Thank you to Terry and Damian.

Apparently this company likes to go down neighborhgoods doing 50mph where my children are riding their bikes. Then when confronted they drive off. When I tried to call their "phone" to complain to their managment, no one would answer. That's a nice way to handle business. Next time SLOW DOWN!
