Had a leak in my supply line from installing a new box outside. Sam was able to come out and fix it right away. He got it done quickly professionally. Such a relief to be able to turn water on right away. He is excellent and I will never call anyone else.

I’ve used Rockwater for many years. The professionalism from this company is top tier. Mason, our technician was very knowledgeable and super communicated with every aspect of the repair process. Slab leaks are very intrusive and we have dogs, everyone was very respectful and made sure our gates were kept closed all the time. Super appreciated to have them.

They do not charge to come out. Yup no service fee to come out. He looked everything over and reassured me all was good. Living in a mobile home with leaky water is not good. He was polite and very professional. I will be using them again if I need a plumber again.

I call Rockwater plumbing because my sewer pipes were clogged and the plumber they sent out name was Mason. Mason kindly verbally walked me through the entire processed and provided options for the repair. We chose to go with the full replacement.
