Water Damage Restoration reviews in Fort Worth, Texas

The ABSOLUTE WORST remodeling experience of my 19 years in business. We hired the team on August 14/2022 and as of today June 8/2023 Servpro has FAILED to complete our remodeling in our 2200 sq ft office. They have the worst subcontractors that don't deliver anything on time (even though they told us that they are a big national group and have their own in house contractors)the GM that has been assigned to us (Joshua Morrison) has repeatedly made false promises of time line and expectations - all which have FAILED. Due to my frustrations that this remodeling has taken 10 months so far, I involved their regional manager William Shook from TN, who visited the office on May 25,2023 and promised along with Joshua Morrison that Servpro would be finished with our office by June 4,2023. We are today at June 8,2023 and the job is STILL NOT finished and William Shook has refused to answer or return my calls. We went with a national brand like SERVEPRO because we thought they would be professional and on time. The amount of business that we have lost over the last 10 months and the work place environment that our clients and staff have had to put up with is NEVER worth this horrendous ORDEAL we have been put through. BTW Servpro was NOT cheaper than the other contractors however, they promised that they would be out in 6-8 weeks and therefore, we fell for the BIG FAT LIE. Customers save yourself the heart ache, pain and suffering and NEVER USE SERVPRO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Randi was great she was really thorough and even moved a few pieces of furniture for me. Her crew was very kind, efficient and clean. Will definitely be recommending Servpro to anybody who needs it.

Fabiola, Javier, Yessika, Cesar, Enciso, and William were a strong team. They took good care of our space and communicated every step of the way.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job drying the area where we had significant water damage. His team also removed all the damaged bathroom cabinets as well. He showed up as scheduled and notified me before arriving. Also explained the cleanup process and other company services that were available to me.

Servpro did a fantastic job with my mold removal and cleaning. They were prompt and very professional. Blaine was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with everything. Efficiently completed the job and will now be my go to!

I was so impressed with the team at Servpro They came out to my home and assessed the situation, and then they sent out their team to help me pack out and make everything look better than it did before. I worked with Jacob and the Servpro team when I discovered my crawl space was flooded. His communication, responsiveness, and professionalism are unmatched.

In situations like this, I hope I do not have to call them again. However, I know if the unfortunate side of life’s randomness presents another unpleasant surprise, Jacob will be my first call.

I was a bit weary of the this company at 1st when it had been almost 2 weeks, our stuff was still not completely packed, then my husband and I had to clean up and throw away flooring that was just pulled with nails sticking out of everywhere. Fortunately Jose and his crew worked one day and were able to really get the job done. They met the expectations that I had from the beginning, fully aware that we were displaced from our home and making the process move faster.

Jose Machado and his team were excellent! Although some major repair work needed to be done to fix the water leak, Jose listened to my concerns about the clean up process and immediately addressed the issues, such as arranging for a dust containment barrier and miraculously maintaining a fully functioning sink (simply amazing) throughout the process. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the clean up. I would definitely call on him and SERVPRO of Southwest Fort Worth again for any future needs.

Earlier this month we discovered water leaking in our bathroom and it took it's toll on the walls, tiles and cabinet. These guys were sent out by my insurance company and I must say they did an exceptional job from start to finish. Professional and first class. They took the time and explained every step of the process in terms I could understand. As a home owner I was concerned about a lot of things but they put my mind at ease, took care of the damaged, cleaned up, and told me what to expect next. I was impressed with the team lead by Tim and John. These two guys are awesome with their job and customer skills. I as a consumer/home owner recommend Servpro Southwest to all who experience a disaster in their home or business. Thanks Servpro and special thanks to Tim and John and the rest of the on site team.

Randi and Blaine (and the crew that came out with them) were awesome! Randi takes her job seriously and works hard to get things done. I asked question after question and they never seemed to mind no matter how many questions I asked. This crew was very professional and worked very hard even though my house was warm inside. I was very impressed at what a great job they did and in a timely manner. I can’t say thank you enough for making a bad situation much easier, especially Randi.

Jacob was my project manager and was always available via call within the first ring or two, with very few exceptions. He was great at making sure all needs were met even when the damage wasn’t done by his team. He helped connect all contractors and billing to the insurance and helped schedule all the necessary contractors.

Pack in team consisting of Cecilia, Louise, Stephanie, and Rachel all did a great job of unpacking my stuff and moving it to the correct rooms.

If you need a team to come help you dry out your house after having a mishap with water. You can definitely do worse than hiring SERVPRO. They do a pretty good job in the mitigation department. As far as the reconstruction department, find someone else. Almost anyone you find on Google for the DFW area will give you better service and will do a better job with the repairs to your house.
