Water Damage Restoration reviews in Fort Worth, Texas

We encountered a lot of different individuals throughout our water mitigation process. They were all very nice and professional. The office staff was great and made sure to call me 30 minutes ahead of time to alert me when they tech was on their way. I think they could have given more information or a handout about the process. Some confusion occurred when they saud baseboards would be taken down and that would happen with the rebuild contractor. We though we might need to get a hotel with our little ones when this happened but luckily no baseboards needed to come off since it was drying up. Unfortunately, we didn't know that until day 5 of drying. That is why I am rating them a 4/5 stars.

Servpro was able to assist me within a couple hours when I called with an emergency on a Friday afternoon. Aaron was very professional and explained the restoration process fully. He even helped me mark where damage was on our wood floors so that we could easily communicate to the floor company where we needed replacements done. Would use them again!

My home was flooded after heavy rains and Serve Pro was professional on the phone and dispatched someone to my home within a couple hours to assess my situation, give me a breakdown of what was required and a quote. Once I agreed to everything, the equipment was set up, process and procedures thoroughly explained and they were on their way with the equipment left behind doing its thing. I was contacted daily on the status of my home by phone and visit to track my progress. Once completed, they came and picked up all their equipment asked if I had any questions and said goodbye. Overall, I had a great experience with Servpro and would recommend them for their services.

Aaron from Servpro was quick and on time to get here. We had water damage in three rooms from an AC unit. He was professional and courteous. He gave me several options and took the time to explain what they consisted so I would fully understand what would be best to fix my situation. Would recommend and use them again if I ever have future damage. I wouldn't hesitate to use.

Each and every worker was fantastic and helped us get through such a disastrous event with such help and generosity! Mike was such a pleasant helper, not only got along GREAT with my dog, but fixed my vacuum as well!! I have no complaints whatsoever and nothing but great words and compliments to all the men that helped! 100% will recommend them to anyone that needs water restoration service.

After a rough start with a 1 star review, the owner, Albert, contacted me and reviewed my experience, situation, and needs. He assigned a new team to my job with Luke as the team leader. I believe in second chances and was not disappointed. Albert checked in with me everyday as well as Luke. The team that restored my bathrooms back to whole were professional, experienced, friendly, and provided quality work. I was treated with respect and care. My bathrooms have been restored to the exact way they were. The team dealt compassionately with me and checked in with me on every detail to ensure I was pleased. And they did not disappoint. Kudos to Albert and Luke and the entire team that restored me back to whole. This company and Luke’s team has been a pleasure to work with, even going out of their way to assist me with issues that arose (through no fault of theirs) during the restoration process.
I will be using Servpro in the future for carpet cleaning, air duct cleanings, and any other services they offer should the needs arise.

Devin and Tyler were fantastic. Both team members were very cordial and professional. Tyler did a great job of explaining next steps and what I can expect to happen throughout the demolition/ restoration process. They also handled my furniture and home decor with care as they were moving things out of the way. Little details like that matter to me. Highly recommend.

The whole Serv Pro team has been amazing. The gentlemen that packed up all of our furniture and took it to storage were the best! They were careful and meticulous with every piece. Henry was excellent! He was very professional, showed up on time, wore shoe covers to respect our home, was very knowledgeable about mold, and helped us with our problem. He wasn’t pushy & didn’t make us feel like we needed to do any unneeded repairs. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future, if needed! Thank you, Henry!!!!!

Words cannot explain my husband’s and my gratitude for the kindness and quity of the work Andrew and his team did for us. The bottom of our water heater rusted and water destroyed much of our 1st floor while we were gone on vacation. Andrew came with a very competent crew (Dom, Noah, Zach, and Kole) working through weekends over a 2 week period. When we arrived home the shock of the state of our house was overwhelming. They calmed us down, explained what had happened, what they were doing, and what the process would be on a go forward basis. Each person on the crew was exemplary. Andrew and crew were a g_dsend. Today they came to remove the fans - their job was done. Feeling overwhelmed with the chaos of our belongings that were removed from the effected area, I broke down, and Andrew came to my rescue, telling me he would get boxes and wardrobes tomorrow so we could start organizing the chaos; its not even part of his job. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond for us, and we are eternally grateful.

My home recently had a sewer back up and Serve-pro was called in to do water damage remediation. Andrew Dempsey and Carlos were sent out and both were extremely professional and personable. They walked me through the process throughout the entire remediation ordeal and made me feel at ease that my home was in good hands. They were considerate of my home and empathetic to my situation! Great guys and would definitely recommend them if you ever have an issue with water or sewer backups! Thank you again guys!

Very professional staff. They showed up within hours of a roof leak that impacted most of my house. Sean was and continues to be very responsive throughout the whole process, which has been very smooth and efficient. I was impressed by their teams ability to demo all the ceilings and flooring in just a few days. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the workmanship, friendliness, and professionalism displayed by Rickey and Tamiru. Rickey has excellent communication skills and thoroughly explained every step of the process. Our church, Azle Christian Church, flooded due to pipe bursting during the extreme cold weather in February. Called ServPro West Ft Worth as they were a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Dakota Kirkpatrick was assigned to our claim and he was a true blessing! He walked us through the process as we have not experienced anything like this before - 90% of the church flooded. He was very professional, was calm when we were anxious, always kept us advised of what was going on and what the next step was. We are extremely pleased with the performance of Dakota and ServPro, so much so, that we are also having them do the restoration.
