I was very impressed with the two gentlemens that came to our home. They were both very professional and answered all my questions.
They kept me informed of what the next step would be and when they would return. I heard from them more then the production manager that was assigned to our case.They always call before heading over and always on time. They made sure everything was clean after their work was completed for the day. Thank you so much Tim and Dylan. I would highly recommend using this company if you have mold in your home.

My 86 year old mom’s house was severely flooded by burst pipes. There was a lot of damage and she was very stressed. I contacted ServPro and they sent Caesar out right away. He was friendly and worked with my mom’s insurance and got the cleanup going quickly. The technicians, Yessica, Charles and Elias got busy and worked their hearts out to get the house dry. Their actions prevented mold and they had innovative ideas to move the wet furniture and household items to begin drying. Caesar and the team did a great job and our family is grateful for their professionalism and problem solving abilities.

ServPro is one top notch company. They obviously hire the best people. Jose, the general manager, put together a winning team from mitigation, packout, and rebuild. Under Jose's direction, the mitigation, packout, and rebuild progressed very smoothly. My wife and I were treated well throughout the entire process. Jose, the general manager, was awesome. He kept us up to date, answered our questions, and sought out ways to get a quality job done.

Mariangela was a great experience. She was always easy to communicate with, and she kept us updated throughout the entire remodel. We trusted her completely and she delivered beautiful results.

After being highly recommended by several people, I contacted Servpro for an estimate to restore my home. The sales rep Grant came out, Tuesday for our initial consultation. He stated that he would have a quote to my husband the next day, Wednesday. Wednesday passes with no quote. Grant stated he was working on it after my husband reached out. The entire day goes by with no email, phone call or anything. Thursday morning, I call, I was told by a young lady that Grant has been made aware of me calling and he will reach out. We heard nothing. I call again Friday. No estimate on file. The young lady states Grant had a “family emergency” last night. I requested a manager at which she told me Jose was not in yet. I informed her this is subpar professionalism and I expected much more after being referred to by so many people. I will no longer seek restoration services with you all, but this is terrible business practice.

Jose was awesome, and his crew was great too. He traveled all the way to Granbury to get our bottom floor cleaned up and all of our belongings stored away. I would specifically ask for Jose if this were to happen again!! All I can ask is that the air conditioning in his truck gets fixed so that he is not having to travel in this heat!! He is most certainly deserving of that.

I worked with ServPro for 3 months trying to get an estimate and finalized contract to repair my property after flood damage. Nothing ever came of it. I got a contract with the wrong address, no insurance info on it, and multiple other errors. I reached out weekly multiple times to follow up on progress towards a contract so they could start the rebuild process for my property. I was pushed to the next week for months. I have now been displaced from my home for 5 months and I’m no closer to moving in because I wasted so much time with this company. Would not recommend them to anyone.

On Christmas Eve of all days, we had a leak come through into our dinning room. Over the course of this process we met with very professional individuals. They walked us through all the steps and really made a horrible situation not as bad as it could have been. A big thanks to all the staff at Servpro of Lake Worth.

Zach Johnson and Mike were very professional and helpful. They explained everything very thoroughly and were definitely trying to control the cost as much as possible--and eliminating the disruption--while ensuring the water damage we had was properly remediated.

They did an excellent job. They responded quickly when our toilet flooded and air conditioner leaked causing flooding in 3 rooms and the hallway. They were very clear about our options and professional and courteous.

Our office space developed a leak on a Sunday afternoon and within an hour the Servpro team and trucks were on the way. After 10 days we're in the clear and Servpro has been on time every time and has handled this flawlessly. We highly recommend Servpro and honestly could not have done this without them.

Floods are always a hassle but Aaron did everything possible and more to make the experience bearable. Very professional, knowledgable and attentive that we were displaced. These guys will be my only flood people to help me in the future.

Serv Pro took care of our flooded bathroom and hallway promptly and monitored the situation daily while it was drying. If you want your home repaired the right way with no cut corners call them. Always remember you get what you pay for.

I called ServPro because of a water leak. They showed up very fast (1 hour after I called them) and seemed very competent and knowledgeable. Overall were very easy to work with, friendly and trustworthy. Would definitely user Servpro again.

Had storm damage from a 40ft oak tree coming down on the roof. Servpro has been fast accurate in the process of restoring the store damage. They have been professional and compassionate during a difficult time. Would use again but hope we don’t have to.

This team was spot on. Water heater supply line burst and they were super helpful getting things clear and dry. They were timely, courteous, and were careful to minimize disruptions to our home. I hope to never need to use them again, but they will be the ones we call should we need to.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom which leaked downstairs. Servpro was out within 20 minutes of calling them on late Sunday evening. Dakota was very professional and courteous. I will be calling Servpro if we have any other water damage needs (hopefully not, but good to know I can depend on them).
