Due to the big freeze in February our church sustained damage from a pipe that burst in our kitchen, 5000 gallons of water flooded the church before it was shut off.
The call for help went out and Servpro responded and sent Dakota and his team to help. What a professional group of folks, work is going smoothly and absolutely nothing negative to report from this company. If you have to use Servpro ask for Dakota by name, he will hook you up.

We had a home fire we hired Serv-pro Fort Worth to come in they’ve done an outstanding job they’ve been here every day they’ve done everything possible to help us in this tight situation with the fire and now with the pandemic in place they’ve been here every day to work in and do everything they can for us couldn’t be happier with their work and would highly recommend a Dom and April are the two that came out worked at our home would highly recommend this company for anything that pertains to fire damage water damage as such that very pleased with their work.

As co-owner of a small Family Health Food store, the Health Hut in Bedford TX, we were a little shocked to discover our store had been flooded on a Sunday Morning, via an overflow with the tenant next door. ServePro is a wonderful company to have on your side if you ever have any water damage. We called them after a water filter busted, and they showed up the same day we called. They quickly found more water damage than we realized, and a crew followed up with us every day for a week until the house was dry. I had never used ServPro before and I have to say this experience was far beyond what I had imagined. Chris came in very professional, asked all of the needed questions and in a timely manner produced his expert review of the inspection. Chris proceeded to inform me of my options and helped me come to a decision. Near the end of the appointment he made sure to recap the review one last time. We contacted Servpro because my HVAC company said we had mold in our gas unit in the attic. Zack came to our home exactly on time that he said. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining what we have going on. He did a thural walkthrough not only in the attic but also the whole house looking at every single air vent. I would recommend Servpro to anybody that need this kind of service and would use them again.

We had SERVPRO W. FW come out because our dishwasher flooded our kitchen/surrounding rooms. They came out quickly and did a very thorough job checking the house daily (and working around our schedule to ensure we'd be home when they came).

They kept us well informed as to the status of how dry things were, and what to expect in the process. Also, the techs that came out were knowledgeable about the process of working with our homeowner's insurance, and at assessing the amount of damage done.

We had a pipe burst on 12/23 around midnight. Tried to reach Servpro via phone. Was able to leave a message. Got a call back over a week later…took way too long to hear back. I’m sure if you can get a hold of them they are pretty good but in the case of an emergency, such as most of their business is that is way too long. If you don’t reach them quickly probably good to move on.

On one of the worst days of my life, I met Aaron and Dustin and Jeremy...they rescued us from a flood in our Den and did their best to ensure that it wasn't the disaster that it could have been. They were a great team and left our home - after 5 days - dry, sealed up and ready for reconstruction to begin...their motto "like it never even happened" is what I'm counting on in our case...and I'm sure they will prove the motto correct!!! Thanks to the entire company and all they do to help!

Fast and professional - Dakota our ServPro expert delivered. He arrived at our home when he indicated that he would. Explained the situation with our water leak and was expedient in getting set-up to take of our concerns. Upon completion, he reviewed the work that was done and checked for any additional concerns/issues. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Jeff from Servpro came out to check our carpet for damage from a leak we had in the toilet and shower. He was very thorough and very polite. I would recommend them and will use them again if the situation should require us to do so.

Came back from vacation with a leak and water damage. We had an issue getting in touch with our insurance Co. My chiropractor's office (Kendall Acupuncture) had just had a water issue and they recommended your office... You have been amazing. Came out within an hour of my phone call. Called Servpro to help with water mitigation after a water leak which resulted in flooding a ceiling, and leaking thru to the bottom floor. Aaron came out promptly, was very thorough, reviewed all the areas that may have been affected by the water leak and determined a course of action to correct the problem. He was very patient, answered all our questions, and careful to protect our possessions while treating the area - which included ripping out a ceiling. He made sure the area was dry, clean and tidy when he was done. I highly recommend Servpro of Lake Worth.

We had a mold issue in our master closet and ServPro did an incredible job removing and cleaning it for us. Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and patiently answered all our questions. Servpro came to our home in Wisconsin all the way from Texas to help us after we had a water pipe break and flooding in our basement due to the 50 degrees below zero temps that we had here. After experiencing water damage from the recent storms on Father's day, we contacted ServPro. What could have been an unpleasant experience, turned out to be very positive. Our technician, Dakota, was professional as well as very thorough. He did an excellent job of setting up containment before removing the water damaged wall. He was very diligent in keeping our home free of contaminates by removing the debris through a window. It took almost a week to fully dry the wall but Dakota was always on time each day to check the progress. His knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional which alleviated my anxiousness over the damage. I would highly recommend ServPro for any restoration project you may have!

This is our first time experiencing any severe water damage due to an toilet. Called and with in 15 minutes the owner showed up to our home and started the process and had his crew there within the hour. Pulled up all wet carpet padding, laminate and hauled it away for us. They also communicate with the insurance company on their end and so far I’ve only had to deal with my adjuster once. So greatful they had 22+ fans drying & humidifiers in my home for 5 days to take all the moisture out of my home!!
