Best place to go for chemical check and to buy supplies for pool upkeep. Roger takes care of his clients. He uses computer reading of chemical levels, so u are not counting on some kid with a dropper. Have not used service department yet but will update when I do.

Worked with Steve and he put together a plan for the backyard of my dreams!

Gary Purdue recently came out to help with our in ground cleaning system. He showed up on time, was incredibly pleasant and fixed our issue quickly. He is professional and knows what he's doing. When I had another issue he took my call over Thanksgiving and had me run through a few steps on the phone. Then he called me back 90 mts later just to make sure it was working properly! That's service you don't see too often these days. Thank you, Gary!

I thought this pool company was going to be the one; a $56,000 pool became a $68,800 dollar pool due to Covid prices (I deal with it). I am now informed that prices on a signed contract are inaccurate, resulting in a $9,000.00 increase and Robertson Pools cant explain why. I am tired of the run-around with this company and I am tired of calling/ leaving messages without a response. Avoid the bait and switch scams with this one.

Must be a good time to be in the pool business. If you are looking for a non-responsive, give you the run-around pool construction company, than this is the company for you. Can't even get a quote from these guys after about 5 calls, and weeks passing. Probably best, so if they ignore during the sales process, I'm sure they will ignore you when you build and something goes wrong with the pool!

Never got around to having them build a pool. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. I tried for over 3 months now to just get them to give me a design and an estimate. Every fourth email or so, I would get a message from their general manager - Dave - saying "hey we are really busy but we will provide this to you within a few days..." 3 months later - nothing. I have spent all of 5 minutes on the phone with a designer in the pat 3 months. I finally contacted the office and asked to speak to the owner. I was told that the best person to speak with was Dave - who seems to be part of the problem. The lady that I spoke with was very nice and asked me to send her an email and she would make sure that it got attention. That was a few days ago - and as expected no response. If a company is this bad during the sales part - then I can only imagine what they are like after sales support. Below is my email that I sent to them - do business with them at your own risk!

"Hello. Thank you for taking my call today. It is what it is, but I first reached out to Robertson end of July 2020 – it took a few weeks for you to get back to me (totally understood with the crazy rush of pool building). After 2 weeks – I received a response – and I in turn responded with all questions asked + my property survey. 1-2 weeks went by with no word – so I reached out – I was then assigned Kevin. Kevin called me that same day – but then he said that he would stop by the property as it is on his way home and get back in touch with me. After about 3 weeks of not hearing back – I contacted Dave and Kevin – no response. Finally at the end of September – Dave emailed me saying that Kevin stopped by my house again (umm…no communication to me about that – so kind of question it). But in any case – you all would have something to show me within the next few days. I even went so far as to send a diagram of a very rough idea of what I was looking at.

Contact Dave after a week to check on the status – no word.

So at this point – it has been over 3 months, I have spoken to a designer for all of 5 minutes. Still have no design or really anything other than me pounding my head on the table. I am totally not trying to be difficult – but I simply can’t believe that I have been begging for a company to return my call so that I can then turn around and pay a lot of money to have them build a pool?"

It was fantastic experience from concept to completion. Robertson Pools have responded immediately to any questions we've had. We will recommend them to anyone!

I have been watching a Robertson Pool being installed in my neighborhood. The quality of workmanship i have observed has been top notch. I will be using them for my upcoming project.

Robertson remodeled our dated pool and we have continued to use their weekly cleaning service ever since. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend calling Robertson for all of your swimming pool needs.

Using Robertson is a bad decision that will haunt me for a lifetime.

Over zealous sales people making commitments that construction can't meet, terrible communication, no follow up or ownership.

If you decide to use Robertson, please understand that whatever they tell you will be done, will not happen 80% of the time. Not sure where the breakdown in their process is, but for some reason they say they will show up to do something on a given day, but never show up. No call, no explanation. I understand that delays happen and things come up, but I don't understand why you can't communicate with the customer and frame an honest picture of the situation.

We have had our pool for almost a year now and are already having tile fall off, we have a leak (that they won't acknowledge. If you have to put an hour's worth of water in your pool every other day, you have a leak, it's not evaporation!!) AND we have yet to have our final inspection done.

We are stuck with them now, but if you are looking for a pool builder, recommend you explore other options first.

Robertson Pools exceeded our expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and left the site spotless. They were transparent about costs and timelines, and there were no surprises at the end. 5 stars!!

Robertson Pools came highly recommended from neighbors in our community. We first met with their design person in the sales office and was very excited to start designing our pool. After meeting with him for 2+ hours he promised to have the video rendering and pictures to us by tomorrow. A few days past and we didn't hear from him. No worries, I sent a quick email to follow up...I understand it's pool season and they are very busy. A week goes by and no response back via email or phone call. I email him again a few days later...no response. Finally I called him and he picks up. Promised me again he would have the rendering back "the next day." Another week goes by and still received nothing. I send him an email that states if I don't hear from you by a certain time I will assume you are no longer interested in our pool. I call him that afternoon and he picks up, promised me again he would have the rendering back "the next day". Well you guessed it...nothing back. I was starting to get the feeling that if you are not looking to spend $150K + with this designer, they are not interested in your business. We decided to move forward with another pool company who was timely in their responses, produced quality work, and could tell they wanted to work with us. Buyer beware....

Our experience with this amazing company, were top notch. Expectations were set from the beginning and held true throughout the process. 3 months later, and our pool is already completed and we are swimming. The process was smooth without a single hiccup. I can’t thank Ben (sales rep) and Mark (superintendent of construction) enough for always keeping us in the loop and answering our questions as a first time pool owner. If you are reading this because you are unsure of what company, I can promise you this is the one you want.

I've been waiting until our project was complete to write this review. We just had a very small fiberglass pool installed. I was SO nervous b/c it's such a big investment and you never know what could go wrong. Let me just say, this experience FAR exceeded my expectations.

We worked with Nick on the design and sales process. He was AMAZING. Super responsive to every single email/text I sent him (which was A LOT over the course of several weeks). He was super knowledgeable and friendly - not a "salesy" salesperson at all.

The construction process was awesome. It was insanely fast - we had a big crew here so I know quality was not sacrificed - there were just a lot of hands on deck. The owner, Ron, was even here on-site for the installation.

Bret was our SI for the project- he was super cool and was also very responsive to everything and made sure his crew got the jobs done.

We had a couple of things that needed repair, which is to be expected, and they didn't skip a beat with the repairs. They were super prompt and took care of everything in a timely manner.

Karyn was the Construction Coordinator. I never got to meet her in person but all of my interactions w/ her over the phone & email were great! She checked in often to double-check everything was going well.

I seriously can't believe how great this experience was. I kept thinking - surely something is going to go wrong - but nope! They had us swimming in no time.

If it's not obvious, I'd absolutely recommend them!

We are still in the process of having our pool project complete with Robertson pools. We are approaching 6 months this week. We were told it would take 10 weeks. Our project manager is completely unresponsive. We text him every morning to see if a crew will come, there is RARLEY a response. I realize that many pool companies are behind but the lack of communication and unapologetic tone is too much for us. If our project is complete in 7 months, we will be ecstatic. The only reason we are currently making headway is bc our builder is helping w the project. I can’t imagine what a family that randomly signed w them must be going through. Under NO circumstance would I use this company again. We have had amazing experiences with so many other companies (we love our builder, landscaper, etc., all of who have completed projects in timely manners and communicated w us), so I don’t think we are hard to please. I do not recommend this company. Pray we finish before summer ends.....

I recently had my swimming pool equipment repaired by Robertson Pools and I am extremely satisfied with their services. They installed a new Pentair filter, variable speed pump and new Intellicenter, allowing me to control all the equipment from my phone. This upgrade has made maintaining my pool incredibly convenient and efficient. The technician who performed the repairs was knowledgeable and professional, completing the job in a timely manner. I appreciate the attention they gave to ensuring everything was installed correctly and working properly. I highly recommend Robertson Pools for swimming pool equipment repair.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Robertson.

From Gary, who came out to give us our original quote, to Nick, who managed our resurfacing, everything was top notch. The communication was strong, the work quality looks excellent to my eye, and we were really made to feel like our job mattered to them.

To top it all off, I was having trouble using a hose vacuum in my skimmer immediately after the resurfacing (since I can't use my regular vacuum for a month). Not only did Nick come out on his own time to help me out, he didn't charge me, didn't seem rushed, and really seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. He even helped us optimize how our motor and valves were working.

Anyway, just a wonderful experience. I'd recommend them to anyone. The only problem is it's October and we have to wait through the winter to start using the pool again! :-)

We had the best experience with our pool!!! Kevin, our designer was amazing. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Robertson paid attention to every last detail. The floats they give you are adorable! I cannot recommend them enough. Wow!!!
