Highly unprofessional. Doesn't even bother to let a waiting customer know that he won't be able to make it (cancelled twice ) and after multiple follow ups responds with another empty promise .

Do not call Cole for repairs. He came out to repair our icemaker and actually took it when he left. He said he would order the new icemaker and come back to install. We wrote to him every few weeks to see when he was going to install, and finally gave up on him after 2 1/2months. He had all kinds of excuses why he hadnt gotten the part. We wasted 2 1/2 months with no ice, waiting for him to return to install new icemaker. We wasted $160, along with having our
Part taken and not returned.

It’s too bad a few people have had negative results with Cole.
I have had Cole handle some major plumbing problems for 3+ Years. He is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn’t have a crew working for him. He is a “ONE COLE (call) DOES IT All”. That my mantra!!
He has come under emergency water problems even late evenings. He has been in business 35 years. He has a young son who on occasion assists him. I depend on Cole
He handles plumbing issues for 3 customers in my immediate neighborhood.
He is a very busy man and works extremely hard to fix plumbing and electrical problems.
