We had our duct cleaning today and it was a great experience! We recently purchase our home and the vents were so gross. Jose was our tech and he was super friendly. Jose is very knowledgeable and explained everything before during and after the process. Everything is super clean and smells so much better. I highly recommended Lowe’s for your air duct cleaning!

Luiz was polite, thorough and happy to explain what he was doing as he cleaned out our dryer vent. He also showed me the video of the dryer vent duct. Dryer was reconnected, and Luiz ensured that there was good air flow. Great service from start to finish!

Ernesto did absolutely fabulous job! He did a meticulous job with every vent we had and kept everything clean and nice when he left. We had the negative pressure vacuum duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with anti microbial done. So far excellent results and we will recommend to our friends and family.

Our serviceman did an excellent job. The best part was seeing the before and after photos. We've been living in a brand new home for 3.5 months and the dirt and dust left behind in the ducts from construction was unbelievable. We've been breathing a lot of bad air!! We should've done this sooner. The service was great and the price was the best one around. Only downside was, we work from home on our computers, and the cleaning was a lot louder than we anticipated. I wish we had known that. No regrets though.
