Last year had a company from Groupon do air duct cleaning and they of course told me I had mold and went from $65 to $2000 before the end of the visit. I honestly don’t even know if they did anything at all. With THIS company, I liked that there are flat rates and was told in the beginning that if there was mold, no air duct cleaning company is equipped to handle that and they would refer me to a mold remediation specialist. Avoid the bait and tackle Groupon companies and go with this one you can trust.

Excellent service and you can’t beat the price. The tech we had (Ivan) was thoroughly professional and very carefully cleaned up at the end of the job. I am 110% satisfied and I rarely say that.

Omar was our service guy and he did fantastic! We had the air duct and dryer vent cleaned. One thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable Omar was. He asked for our approval for final inspection on cleanliness of air vents. He was very thorough. I would highly recommend this company. Had a great experience. Jose spent a lot of time very thoroughly cleaning all vents. They had to remove the vents but didn't make any messes, cleaned up after themselves and didn't mind answering questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Very professional service and punctual! My technician Omar Luna was very knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job! Good thing about him, he shared a plan with me in detail . He also cleaned dryer vent , washer dryer back side of those appliances . He has cleaned each vent and air duct . He also help me to fix my vacuum cleaner that I requested to fix it for me.

Reliable and reasonably priced

Have used Park Aire for years, always find them reliable dependable,& knowledgeable.

Had them out today because the A/C unit wasn't cooling properly in our new rental home. They were prompt and diagnosed it as only a dirty filter, which I should have kept up on. Did not try to do work that wasn't needed and was very courteous.

The installation of the new ductwork by Liberty Air Conditioning Pros was done neatly in Frisco. They strapped it up properly and sealed all the joints. The airflow is much better now.

One of the AC fan motor stopped working. I called this company and was promptly booked for the next day. A couple of hours later, Ed called me to inform he had an opening right away. Ed replaced the condensator within 5 min and all was working perfectly. I highly recommend this company and especially their staff for the 5 stars service, professionalism and knowledge. This company came by to install our new Nest thermostat. They were on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and quick. They quickly installed the new thermostat and waited for me to set up the account and showed me how it worked. They also took a few minutes to look at our humidifier and be sure it was correctly set up since we are new to the area and cold weather. I will be using them for all of our Heating and Cooling needs!

They replaced both of my house's units and did a fantastic job. The bidding process was fast, transparent, and friendly. They even found and reserved a specialized unit I needed while I was deciding if I wanted to go forward. The install was great, the staff fully removed the old units and installed both new units in less than 1 day and were very professional. They cleaned up afterwards, and even went under the house to repair an unrelated duct for me that had fallen off it's register boot. Will continue to use for maintenance and recommend to others.
