Robertson Pools exceeded our expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and left the site spotless. They were transparent about costs and timelines, and there were no surprises at the end. 5 stars!!

Robertson Pools came highly recommended from neighbors in our community. We first met with their design person in the sales office and was very excited to start designing our pool. After meeting with him for 2+ hours he promised to have the video rendering and pictures to us by tomorrow. A few days past and we didn't hear from him. No worries, I sent a quick email to follow up...I understand it's pool season and they are very busy. A week goes by and no response back via email or phone call. I email him again a few days later...no response. Finally I called him and he picks up. Promised me again he would have the rendering back "the next day." Another week goes by and still received nothing. I send him an email that states if I don't hear from you by a certain time I will assume you are no longer interested in our pool. I call him that afternoon and he picks up, promised me again he would have the rendering back "the next day". Well you guessed it...nothing back. I was starting to get the feeling that if you are not looking to spend $150K + with this designer, they are not interested in your business. We decided to move forward with another pool company who was timely in their responses, produced quality work, and could tell they wanted to work with us. Buyer beware....

Our experience with this amazing company, were top notch. Expectations were set from the beginning and held true throughout the process. 3 months later, and our pool is already completed and we are swimming. The process was smooth without a single hiccup. I can’t thank Ben (sales rep) and Mark (superintendent of construction) enough for always keeping us in the loop and answering our questions as a first time pool owner. If you are reading this because you are unsure of what company, I can promise you this is the one you want.

I've been waiting until our project was complete to write this review. We just had a very small fiberglass pool installed. I was SO nervous b/c it's such a big investment and you never know what could go wrong. Let me just say, this experience FAR exceeded my expectations.

We worked with Nick on the design and sales process. He was AMAZING. Super responsive to every single email/text I sent him (which was A LOT over the course of several weeks). He was super knowledgeable and friendly - not a "salesy" salesperson at all.

The construction process was awesome. It was insanely fast - we had a big crew here so I know quality was not sacrificed - there were just a lot of hands on deck. The owner, Ron, was even here on-site for the installation.

Bret was our SI for the project- he was super cool and was also very responsive to everything and made sure his crew got the jobs done.

We had a couple of things that needed repair, which is to be expected, and they didn't skip a beat with the repairs. They were super prompt and took care of everything in a timely manner.

Karyn was the Construction Coordinator. I never got to meet her in person but all of my interactions w/ her over the phone & email were great! She checked in often to double-check everything was going well.

I seriously can't believe how great this experience was. I kept thinking - surely something is going to go wrong - but nope! They had us swimming in no time.

If it's not obvious, I'd absolutely recommend them!

We are still in the process of having our pool project complete with Robertson pools. We are approaching 6 months this week. We were told it would take 10 weeks. Our project manager is completely unresponsive. We text him every morning to see if a crew will come, there is RARLEY a response. I realize that many pool companies are behind but the lack of communication and unapologetic tone is too much for us. If our project is complete in 7 months, we will be ecstatic. The only reason we are currently making headway is bc our builder is helping w the project. I can’t imagine what a family that randomly signed w them must be going through. Under NO circumstance would I use this company again. We have had amazing experiences with so many other companies (we love our builder, landscaper, etc., all of who have completed projects in timely manners and communicated w us), so I don’t think we are hard to please. I do not recommend this company. Pray we finish before summer ends.....

I recently had my swimming pool equipment repaired by Robertson Pools and I am extremely satisfied with their services. They installed a new Pentair filter, variable speed pump and new Intellicenter, allowing me to control all the equipment from my phone. This upgrade has made maintaining my pool incredibly convenient and efficient. The technician who performed the repairs was knowledgeable and professional, completing the job in a timely manner. I appreciate the attention they gave to ensuring everything was installed correctly and working properly. I highly recommend Robertson Pools for swimming pool equipment repair.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Robertson.

From Gary, who came out to give us our original quote, to Nick, who managed our resurfacing, everything was top notch. The communication was strong, the work quality looks excellent to my eye, and we were really made to feel like our job mattered to them.

To top it all off, I was having trouble using a hose vacuum in my skimmer immediately after the resurfacing (since I can't use my regular vacuum for a month). Not only did Nick come out on his own time to help me out, he didn't charge me, didn't seem rushed, and really seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. He even helped us optimize how our motor and valves were working.

Anyway, just a wonderful experience. I'd recommend them to anyone. The only problem is it's October and we have to wait through the winter to start using the pool again! :-)

We had the best experience with our pool!!! Kevin, our designer was amazing. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Robertson paid attention to every last detail. The floats they give you are adorable! I cannot recommend them enough. Wow!!!

Overall, we had a great experience with Robertson Pools. From the moment that we sat down and started designing our pool to digging the very first day, the installation of the pool, the random questions about work that is being completed, the post installation maintenance walk-through, and any other questions that we had any associate was available to help. The crews that were used were on time, professional and great quality. Truett was an amazing help when it came to coordination and questions about work being completed. He was available Evans responded promptly even though managing multiple jobs at once. We would highly recommend Robertson Pools to anyone that is looking to put in a pool.

Had a great experience with Robertson Pools as our pool builder. Kevin was so kind and designed exactly what we had envisioned in our minds. Customer service throughout the build including our Superintendent were very responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend Robertson Pools!!

Very very bad customer service & quality of “finished” product. Customer service from the general manager, the sales person, the building supervisor horrible. And don’t even bother trying to talk to the “OWNER“ of the family run pool company, apparently he doesn’t talk to customers that have an issue.
If you’re considering having Robertson pools build your pool. Be careful! Don’t just read the good review. Read the important ones. The bad ones. The ones that when people have an issue & see how many unhappy people with their level of unprofessionalism and unkept promises and or appointment.
We signed our contract for $100,000+ in December of 2025 & wrote a $10,000 deposit. It’s July 11th and our pool still doesn’t pass inspection by the city of McKinney. Multiple problems with the pool along the way. Still outstanding issues like coping around the pool, stains on pool surface caused by workers, dangerous 3 ft piece of rebar sticking out from the pool’s concrete wall. They have told us almost every week since May 9th, the exact same thing. It will all be completed by the end of the week, but “no-show”.
Buyer beware…. They are VERY nice until you write the big check.

I had a pool, waterfall, fire feature, outdoor kitchen and cedar porch a built by Robertson pools. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED! Kevin Dutra was an awesome salesperson, he helped me design the perfect custom pool! The build quality is impeccable! They have their own crews, and most have worked for Mr. Robertson over 35 years! I highly recommend Robertson Pools! Please talk to Kevin and give him a chance to earn your business. Also they have excellent service after the sale..if any problem might arise, it will be quickly resolved! The great reviews you are reading represent this reputable company.

LOVE our pool after Roberston Pools did a complete update! We knew we wanted to go contemporary, and Gerry came up with a fantastic design that transformed our entire backyard vibe! With the help of great weather, they competed our remodel as planned! Two of our neighbors liked our remodel so much they had Robertson Pools remodel their pools too! Great customer support following the remodel as well!

I had my pool resurfaced with pebble about a year ago, and I'm very pleased with the results. They completed the job sooner than expected, and the quality of the work is excellent. Highly recommend their services! Thank you team!

We had Robertson Pools complete our new pool, and are really happy with it. Salvador (the masonry manager) came out and personally made sure the masonry work met our expectations, and honestly it exceeded the stone work on our house (completed by a custom builder).
