Guy Cummings is a A/CH professional! He troubleshooted all aspects of why heater was not working and found a disconnected heater wire. Guy did a thorough winter inspection of my A/CH system , checked the flames, for any obstructions in pipes and that all connections were tightened. Guy is very a personable and knowledgable technician that One Air should be very proud to have represent their company.

I came across One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Frisco when one of my AC evaporator coils failed , they got the warranty replacement done and have been working on annual service since then including summer and winter tuning. Their technician Ali and service coordinator Pankaj and other members are knowledgeable, responsive and they take good care of your system.

The Technician name Adam Matacale is very good technician and we received very satisfied service today.

Was able to come within a couple of hours for an emergency call caused by another company. Tech was professional and knowledgeable regarding the system and immediately identified the issue and fixed it. Also the emergency fee was reasonable and comes with 2 bi-annual time ups on the system. Total win-win situation and now I have someone local to use!

I'm an old engineer and finance guy, I know I'm difficult to work with. I ask way too many questions and love to know all the nitty-gritty details. Most HVAC companies just come in with a simple quote and they're out the door in a jiffy. Very few can answer the questions that I ask. Completely different experience with Guy. Not only was he able to answer all the questions that I had but he also went above and beyond with Answering questions I didn't even know to ask. He even went as far as to draw a diagram explaining it all. I'm looking to replace three units this spring with possibly replacing 2 to 3 more units this year. We buy and sell properties so we are always looking for a good HVAC person. Guy is our top choice!

I have been using One Hour heating and AC service for some time now, their service is very good, prompt. The team is helpful, cooperative and efficient. Pervez from their team worked on my AC contacter issue, fixed it, but there was a wierd problem came up after he left my home. I reached out to them on Sunday and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Pervez is very helpful and explained me the nitty-gritties. I liked his service.

I’ve been a loyal Frymire customer for over 20 years. However, since the company’s recent management and structural changes, the level of service and value have noticeably declined.

About eight years ago, Frymire installed my current system, and I’ve consistently paid their monthly maintenance fee for years. Unfortunately, the benefits of that plan—roughly $180 per year—proved minimal when my system recently failed. I was quoted over $2,000 for repairs, and only after I mentioned the cost was unaffordable did they reduce the price by 20%, bringing it down to just over $1,600.

After reviewing the invoice, I noticed several questionable charges, so I decided to seek a second opinion. Through my research, I found Air Repair Pros, they sent out Cassi, a great person and professional who repaired the same issue for $600—a fraction of Frymire’s price. Their maintenance plan also offers significantly better value, so I switched immediately.
