The ServPro water mitigation team was very responsive and efficient. They arrived within an hour to help clean up water flooded in my kitchen and other areas. The team lead, Jacob, was a godsend throughout the entire mitigation process, from arriving to assess the cleanup needs, deploying crews, working with my insurance, to providing clear explanations to me as the homeowner. He walked me through the entire ordeal. The crews were also fantastic. Justin helped with water cleanup and later with cabinet tear out in the kitchen. He was very friendly and helped find pet friendly solutions on top of taking care of everything quickly and thoroughly. He effectively remediated mold in the area, and everything he did, he did quickly and easily. The cabinet tear out crew members, Ronny and Josue, were also extremely fast, proficient, and kind. I couldn’t believe how quickly they pulled everything out, and they worked with me as I cleared out cabinets. Flooring tear out was done by Jaim and TJ, both of whom were thoughtful and kind in their handling of the process. They were very patient and understanding when needing to coordinate on insurance documentation. The entire team was compassionate and treated my home and me as they would wish to be treated in similar circumstances. I am very grateful that this company and this team handled my water mitigation case.

Michael and Adam were amazing. We had so many issues with our insurance and mortgage company, and having them there to help and be patient was amazing. The work was done quickly and well. I love my new kitchen. Communication was done well and helped a lot.

The staff I worked with at Servepro of South Frisco was just the best! Jessalyn Glassgow and her crew of Justin, Forte, and Zac couldn’t have been better. They were respectful, compassionate, and the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. I am so glad that I called Servpro. Also, there was another crew member whose name I don’t remember exactly., But it seems to have been Vanessa or Valerie (I’m sorry I can’t remember it) she was excellent in keeping track of what the crew was doing, and where my belongings were being packed up.

We have a major leak in our home. Servpro has been amazing to work with. They were here the next day. They did the demo, located the cause and immediately did moisture remediation. Their team has been all around professional and moved surprisingly quick to handle the problem. I am very pleased with their team and I highly recommend!

We arrived at our office/warehouse on a Monday morning to find it flooded from a broken water line. Jose Perez was out right away to assess damage and bring in his crew (Pablo, Josue, Justin, Brandon D, Forte, & Brandon M.) to begin water extraction, drying, and subsequent demo of damaged areas. All of these gentlemen were 5-star professionals in every way as they quickly and efficiently took care of business.

The Servpro team was absolutely amazing! Within hours of reporting damage, Zac Denney was on-site for a quick inspection, and Justin Miser and Josue Vera immediately began the demolition. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, answered all our questions, and Zac even provided daily written reports.
The team was meticulous with equipment placement—dehumidifiers, fans—addressing every damaged area diligently. Pablo Maldonado and Josue Vera later adjusted equipment, handled further demo, and removed insulation. They even took the extra step to lay down floor protection and move our refrigerator, helping us feel more settled. Jose Perez then thoroughly inspected the mitigation work, documenting everything with photos.

Called SERVPRO to help us after our home flooded. They sent someone out immediately and started the process of addressing the water. Jose, Pablo, Justin, Brandon D, Josue, Forte, Roberto and Luis were all professional and kept us informed on what was happening and how things were progressing. I will definitely call them again if I have another issue like this.

My insurance company sent Servpro to my house when I had a water leak . The project manager Jessalyn, Chris and Brandon M came with in two hours and did everything to prevent from further damage. They were very professional and very helpful. Week later Jessalyn came back and reassessed the area to make sure no more moist leftover. Roberto and Luis were able to work efficiently and Zack also communicated very well.

I called into ServPro due to a flood in my house. They sent Project Manager, Jose within 2-3 hours and he was so great to work with. Always communicated everything very thorough, came to my house daily and made sure everything was being managed properly. Luis and Roberto were able to work efficiently, stayed afterhours to make everything was set up properly as well.

Jose did a great job in estimating the mold remediation and build out. We discovered that the inspector missed some spots and so he and his team had to go back to the location and reestimate it. I’m very impressed with his service. He was timely and followed up well.
