Had a water leak in my home contacted Servpro and the team has been excellent the entire journey. The team Ive got the pleasure of working with is Pablo, Joshua and Zac. From the start they have stayed in contact with me and my husband, answered all questions and treated our home with respect and for me calmed my nerves. My house is a mess but with their help it’s getting put back together correctly, safely and efficiently for me and my family. If you ever have to experience a water leak in your home which lord knows I don’t wish on anyone but if you do this is who you call. Thank you ServePro Team!!!

Zac Denny and his crew Forte, Justin, Edwin and Brandon all did a great job! Very impressed with how prompt, professional and courteous everything was handled. Will no doubt and without any hesitation, use them again, if needed!

This is my second water accident in a year, and Servpro was definitely the better company. We went with Restoration Experts (an affiliate of Your Home Experts) the first time (very unfortunately for us, as this was a nightmare experience. Side note, do NOT hire those snakes. Protect yourself and your family from those awful people. Both of those companies are TERRIBLE).

Zach was professional, kind, helpful, and just a seemingly good person. He was prompt and responsive. He tried his best to do less, something you don’t typically see from these mitigation companies working with people in distress. Brad was the weekend guy and he was good as well. I can’t remember the names of the rest of the crew, but they were helpful in answering questions and being professional.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was with SERVPRO. Having water damage in your kitchen is the worst but the guys, Jose, Forte, Josue, Justin and Dennerick took such great care in our house protecting everything that didn’t need to be taken out or cleaned up. While having to rip out the kitchen was ideal, the SERVPRO team made it as painless as possible. Thank you guys!

Justin, Jorge, and Zach did an excellent job cleaning up the water damage. They handled everything from the bathroom tile to the closet and bedroom carpet with care. They brought in fans, worked quickly, and made sure not to cause any damage while setting up the equipment. They were professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their fast and efficient service!

Our water heater burst and water got into our home. Luckily we caught it before it was too bad but we still needed some vinyl plank and carpet pad removed. Pablo did an outstanding and thorough job. They were there very timely and were very communicative to keep us knowledgeable about what to expect.

9.26.25 We recently experienced water damage in our home and ServPro was assigned to our claim. We are so happy they were!
LUIS and JORGE were the first on site and walked through the area, measured, took pictures, etc. They let us know the next steps to expect in the process and Luis started the scheduling for the cleanup crew to start the very next day. (SEE BELOW!)
He also remained available via calls or texts throughout when I needed to contact him. We are thankful for our ServPro crew! Wonderful service!

9.26.25 PABLO and JOSUE just spent days here pulling out water damaged carpet & padding, tile, bathroom cabinetry/vanity, removed partial walls, base, trim wood, tack strips as well as moving a heavy mirror and toilet. They were so efficient and had a friendly positive attitude throughout it all!
They kept us informed as they progressed & swept & vacuumed up at the end of each day.
It was a blessing to have them here at this tough time in our lives. Thank you, Pablo and Josue!

We recently experienced water damage in our home, and the team of Jose, Forte, and Brandon provided exceptional service from start to finish.

Jose was the first to arrive for the inspection and evaluation. He was not only thorough and professional but also incredibly polite and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us understand the extent of the damage and the next steps. His calm and courteous manner made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

Later that day, Forte and Brandon arrived to begin the removal process. They were both courteous, respectful, and highly professional throughout the job. They answered all our questions with patience and kindness, and their attention to detail was evident in how quickly and cleanly they completed the work.

The Frisco/Colony team was amazing!! We worked with Justin, Brandon, Dennerick, and Jose and they did a fantastic job completing our fairly large water damage mitigation job quickly! They were responsive and communicated the process to us along the way, and helped answer all our questions! And they were fast! Highly recommend this team!

Recently had a fluke plumbing leak that poured water into our attic and down our walls. The ceiling collapsed and trashed the living area in our home. ServePro was excellent. Justin and Brandon cleared everything out, cleaned up the mess, and made sure we wouldn’t have mold issues. Jose managed the mitigation, rechecked moisture levels, and kept us informed throughout. They came in under budget. hope we never need to see these guys again—but if we have an emergency, they’re our guys.

I want to take a moment to say that SERVPRO did an excellent job repairing a leak in my bathroom. We had two teams led by Jose, and both teams did outstanding work. They were quick, very responsive to all of our questions, and showed tremendous workmanship throughout the entire remediation process.

Starting from the beginning (which was midnight) the staff was prompt, kind and thorough. We had some additional surprises along the way and they quickly helped us address what needed to be done to remediate all the issues. All of the guys we worked with were great... I just had to jump on here & sing the praises of this amazing team, with an extra big shout out to Keri & Zac!! We experienced a multi-floor water leak in our home that soaked through carpets, baseboards & drywall, and SERVPRO had come highly recommended to me, so they were my first call. As soon as I spoke with Keri, she was so kind, empathetic & professional , gathered all the relevant information & put me on the service priority list for that day. Within hours, their awesome repair specialist Zac was onsite at our house, doing a thorough inspection of the visible damage and assessing how much had been damaged behind the baseboards and sheetrock, and put together a detailed estimate for the repairs that needed to be completed in order to bring our house back to normal. I cannot thank Keri, Zac and the entire SERVPRO team enough for being there when we needed them & making the entire process so seamless! Y’all are the best!

The folks from Servpro, Jessalyn, Brandon, Justin, Lois, and Jorge, etc. were all very personable and empathized with our situation, acting professionally with each contact we had, from the initial contact, due to flooding from a failed hot water tank, to the removal of all of their equipment, and final check off for this portion or our incident, Servpro has provided excellent service, even though it took a little longer to dry out the house, they did provide estimated times for equipment removal, answering all of our concerns and questions. They did good work, I would recommend them to my neighbors and family.
