We have used Beck N Call for about 2 years and been very pleased with the service. They are extremely thorough and have been very good about accommodating our schedule even on very short notice.

Beck N Call did a great job cleaning my home before we put it on the market. I was disappointed with an aspect of their service initially but they went above and beyond to make it right. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Acquired services from Beck N Call for a top to bottom cleaning of a vacant house. Some blinds were not dusted, basebaords were were not cleaned properly and I specifically asked them to be washed not just wiped, there was also a ring around the toilet in the half bath. When I texted Willie to tell him items were missed he said he would go out again for another charge of an hour for more labor. Why should I have to pay more for poor services and no attention to detail? I will not use their cleaning services ever again. No attention to detail, poor customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism. I have yet to receive an invoice and the work was done 2 days ago. 1 star is me being generous.

Alo and Liz were very prompt and met my needs. As a neurodivergent adult raising neurodivergent children, housework can be very challenging. They helped to relieve a lot of stress. Mr. Willie and Mrs. Mae stopped by and gave me some great organization tips. Thank you.

Added* Beck n Call, this is extremely unprofessional, rather than acknowledge you made a mistake you or investigate the situation further you chose to completely dismiss what I have to say. You did not clean the property, Instead when you came to give the quote you were very rude with the tenants and very judgemental about the state of the home, this is why we chose not to continue with your services.

Just thought I'd add some clarity for any one else who would consider your services

First, I was pleased that they were able to accommodate me with a last moment change as I was on a time crunch. Second, the deep cleaning and move out cleaning they provided was on point with how I needed it to be. Lastly, both ladies were very professional and easy to work with. Thank you.

Tech (Kristi) did a fantastic job tackling the cat hair my 5 cats accumulate around the house! The place is sparkling and feels like a whole new house. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Ciara, Lupita, and Adia arrived on time and quickly set to work cleaning my 1400 sq ft home. This was scheduled at incredibly short notice considering we have a party later on tonight and needed the house (which was in complete disarray) to be spotless. On top of that, the owners stopped by and greeted us with warm handshakes. I'll definitely be coming back to this company in the future!

Ciara and Lupita did a fabulous job! They asked my husband to give them a quick tour of the house so they would know what to do. The ladies showed courtesy and professionalism by asking on several occasions if they could run the vacuum cleaner. I also loved the fact that Ciara crafted a rose out of tissue paper in my daughter's tissue box! That put a smile on my face! Without a doubt, I will use this wonderful company again!!
