This is my 2nd time working with them and like before they did an amazing job. Very respectful and very detailed. They clean everything from baseboards to the back of the toilet ( like big momma use to do) . Thank you so much for your services.

We needed a house cleaner and reached out to several of the service companies. Really wanted to support a small business and was able to make contact with Beck N Call. They assured me on the call they would be able to make the appointment and then walked me through their process.

Fortunately, we got the best cleaner ever, Lee! She was great with her communication before arriving, then with a tour and an estimate of what she could get completed. Have never had this happen without requesting: Lee communicated with me while I was outside our place to let me know how things were coming along and consistently updated me on time to completion.

There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using their services again and requesting that Lee can be the team member that takes care of our place the next time too!

The owner and his wife came out and were very friendly and made me feel like family. The crew Ciera, Lupita, and Adia did an awesome job, they followed instructions and were very accommodating. I will be using Beck and Call again asap.

Beck n Call have been a great service to work with. They provide friendly staff that clean efficiently every time. Ms. Peggy is always accommodating to the customers needs. Ciara and her team came today. I didn't know what to expect since this was my 1st time using a cleaning service. They were on time and so nice! She helped me go thru the house and point out my problem areas. OMG I am impressed! They were all so pleasant to talk to and the small details that were important to me were top of their list. I can't believe what an amazing experience this was for me. It has allowed me time to spend with my kids instead of scrubbing toilets lol. Highly recommend 100 times and will definitely ask for them for my next cleaning. Great job ladies!!!! Thank you so much!

Such a wonderful experience. Wille is so helpful in answering any questions and Ciara and Adia were so kind and helpful and did a fantastic job. I feel they really go above and beyond. This was a deep cleaning for my mother's apartment and we were both extremely happy with everything. Don't look anywhere else if you need a cleaning service!

Willie is so nice and professional. I had to get rid of my Cleaning Svce because they were always late or not showing up. I never had that problem with Beck n Call. I always get a call when they are in route to my home and always on time or arrive earlier.

Very impressed with this service and company. When my mother-in-law needed to sell her house and it had to be super clean for the market Beck and Call came out and did a superior job. Very pleased! Would recommend them without hesitation.

We have used Beck N Call a couple times now and they have deep cleaned our apartment wonderfully! Always flexible with our schedules and convenient to do business with. We plan to regularly use them moving forward due to the service we have been provided.

I am still a new customer, but am blown away at how easy it was to set up bi-weekly cleaning with Willie! The technicians are very professional, work hard, and have great attention to detail. It is worth every penny to be able to go home to a clean house after a long day at the office and I will wholeheartedly recommend this business!

They are kind and thoughtful. Always ask if we are happy with the job. Very willing to do what is asked. They are friendly yet get the job done in a timely fashion. Even my dog Nicky who is usually not so friendly to strangers does not mind them being here. I give them a huge high five. They clean for us faithfully every other week.

We scheduled a cleaning with Beck & Call. We specifically mentioned that we wanted our entire house swept and mopped which is about 2100 SQ feet. They said that they had a 3 hour minimum for cleaning and we were ok with that. Beck & Call requires a 24 hour notice before canceling or they charge you because they don’t want you to waste they’re time which is understandable but it’s perfectly fine for them to show up and say they won’t clean your house because of pet hair. We sweep our house daily and have to floor cleaning robots and all our animals are vaccinated. When we we’re scheduling the cleaning they never asked us about animals. Honestly we should be able to bill you 350$ for the because that’s what our time is worth and you wasted our time. We made time to be home and you took one look and left.

I would recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone! They were polite, professional, quick and worked very well as a team — they were all truly lovely people.

Both were very professional and quick. The cleaning job was very good and I think they cleaned and wiped down some things. I hadn’t even considered were part of the job. Thank you and I will definitely ask for them again.

Professional staff came in and cleaned the house just as promised. They highlighted areas that would take more time and gave me the expected price before they started the work to ensure I’d be happy. 10/10 will use this company moving forward!

I signed up for top to bottom clean after having an emergency surgery. My first time ever hiring a cleaning service. I cannot speak to the quality of their regular cleaning service, but I was extremely disappointed in the top to bottom service I received. Many of the things that were discussed on the phone and even on our walk through once they arrived were not done. My stairs were not vacuumed, light switches not wiped down, my upper kitchen cabinets were not wiped down but the bottom ones were. No baseboard were not done, kitchen window sills were not cleaned out at all (some small cobwebs were there), cupboards in the bathrooms were not wiped down either, etc. My house was generally clean, but no way would I call it a deep clean. Owners were very nice, but it just wasn't the quality job I was expecting from the price I paid. I was not able to walk around and inspect everything, so when they said they were done I trusted they had finished what we had agreed on, but was very disappointed in how many things had not been touched. They asked me several times to give them a 5 star review because they'd get as bonus for a 5 star review, but I told them I'd have to inspect their work first. Glad I didn't right then when they asked me to. So I would not use them again or recommend them to my friends or neighbors.

They did an amazing job! Not only was the job done well but their kindness was unmatched. We got the deep clean service and are now looking for regular visits from them, we’re hooked! I would 10/10 recommend to my neighbors and friends.

Tony and Lidia cleaned my house today and did a fantastic job! They were so nice and detailed, even made my kids n’ bed without me asking them to. Highly recommend!

They were great. I live out of state and my elderly mother recently had to move out of her apartment she lived in for the last 10 years. I called them to get an estimate and to book and he was so helpful and kind. They were able to do the apartment the next day. When they got there it turned out to be a MUCH bigger job than we thought. They called and sent pictures before they ever got started. When he called to inform me how big the job would actually be he was very professional, kind, and upfront. The lady that cleaned did an excellent job. She worked hard over 2 days and it really showed. I certainly couldn't have done as good a job as she did. I would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs!!

I was in need of a last minute cleaning. I wanted to get my elderly mother-in-law place cleaned before she was released from an extended hospital stay. I got Mr. Willie on the phone that morning and he had me scheduled to have her place cleaned the same afternoon. Tony and Lidia arrived on time and did an amazing job.
