I'm continually disappointed when I go to the Home Depot at George Bush and Hwy 78 in Garland. Hardly ever has someone acknowledged me- no hi, hello. I'm sure some of the staff are courteous and helpful, but my experiences have not been pleasant. They aren't horrible, but I don't feel appreciated as a customer there. Heck, I don't even feel welcome.

About a week ago I visited this Home Depot looking for the *perfect* first ever live Christmas tree. I am pregnant and my husband works offshore, so I knew before I got there it would take an extra helpful employee to take care of me. I waited for Matthew to finish working with a few other customers and I noted immediately how excellent his customer service skills were with them. This continued in our encounter! He offered to open multiple trees for me, allowed me to borrow his tape measure to measure the available space in my SUV, offered to load the tree for me, etc... all while be extremely courteous and professional. After I purchased the tree and he trimmed the small bottom piece off of the stump, he offered it to me as a "momento" for my first ever live tree. I am sincerely BLOWN AWAY by how wonderful my experience was. Matthew is the BEST!

I also received assistance from Michael in the lawn and garden department. I think when I asked him for help he was already clocked out, but rather than blowing me off or rushing me - he walked me all the way to the item I was looking for and gave me recommendations between the different brands.

I am so impressed by my experience at this Home Depot that I will not be returning to the Lowe's across the street.

Greedy and lazy! They charge $80 for a small bag of grass seed!!! No wonder the scammers do not mark the display! On top of this, their Black Friday is a scam with little on sale! Had it with these people! I am cutting up my Home Depot card! Is Kamala the CEO of Home Depot?

I really enjoy shopping at Walmart.

I haven’t visited our local Walmart is a while but today we received A+ customer service from a young lady named Meagan. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish there was a better way to highlight her excellence for corporate to see.

I go through the doors of Walmart garden center when I need to get gardening are pet supplies. It's so much faster. Everything I need for my cats is just past the garden area. When I get my supplies, all I have to do is just go back to the check out there and I'm through. I don't have to go through the whole store to check out. The line is always short, are no line at all. Hope this is helpful.

Came here for July 4, it was not too crowded but the lady were I checked out was too tired she looked tired and also told me she was tired, she was complaining of how much people were there shopping on a holiday she said the celebration has already happened the day before on Sunday July 3, and that July 4 Monday was to rest at home be with family, I was just listening to her she needed to let it out so I was just letting to her, I understand that everyone's has gone through frustration one or more than one, My card was denied three times because she couldn't concentrate any longer on her job due to been too tired, Im glad she wasn't rude she was just too tired. Anyways I just wanted to talk a little bit about one of my experiences here. All I need was milk for my kids but I ended up buying some fresh fruits and veggies. I also found my favorite fruit guava, it smelled so good just like I remember since I was younger and yes they definitely tasty very delicious to me.. Too bad I only bought one pack I didn't know if they're going to be as good as they were.. It's a pretty big store too.

The gentlemen who came were respectful and provisional. Cleaned up all the limbs and branches. They were receptive to cutting some of the larger branches down to size for fire wood and stacking it were I asked. I was pleased with the way the tree looked.
