They did a great work at my house, excellent customer service. Would definitively recommend to anyone.

I wish there was a 10 star rating because these people are amazing. The work that they do is bar none the best I've ever seen. They came out and gave me a decent quote so I had them take care of my yard. I was extremely impressed with the work they did and they did it in no time at all. I have set up a maintenance plan with them so that I will always have the best looking lawn on the block. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you call them if you have any landscaping needs. J&G Landscaping was amazing to work with! They provided quick responses, fair quotes, and great communication. We described what we wanted and they delivered. We are very happy with the end result of our front lawn and landscaping.

This company was hired to mow the lawns in our HOA.

The work provided was below satisfactory. This company was under equipped and severely under staffed as well.

With our personal business, if we can't handle the job, we don't take the job; liability issues.

We did encourage this company to quit to save face, but the owner refused, as he had the backing of a rogue HOA president.

Another observation, some of the pictures on this companies website, can be found other places on the internet, why not be original?

Utter disaster. Used a 2-3 person team to cut the lawns and edge 196 homes - plus all the common areas. What took the previous company 1 day, took these guys all week; and it was never done right.

There is absolutely no way they made any money working on our lawns for what they quoted; not taking a full week to do the work each week.

Clipping not picked up, shrubs not trimmed, edging never finished, lawns skipped (the following week these lawns were over 5" tall), and piles of dead grass left on the lawns.

They would also stop in the middle of a lawn to take a long lunch. Showing up at 10 instead of early morning to work. After enough complaints they actually blew the clipping left all over the street against the curbs instead; never bothered picking them up of course. That's against Garland City Code.

They could not have been more unprofessional if they tried.

The Cut-n-Edge (Garland TX) service in the Fate Texas 75087 area has very bad customer service. Cut-n-Edge stated that they would cut grass on a specific day of the week on Friday and did not meet this commitment. I asked them to cut yard prior to my Family Reunion they said they would be out and never showed up. Then the Cut-n-Edge Rep phones me on Monday said some thing came up so we can now come out on Tuesday or Friday.

Cut-N-Edge is incredibly thorough and professional in their workmanship. I have been using them for several years for both lawn care and landscaping projects.

Had this company out to trim 40 ft of hedges. Asked them to trim little off the sides and few feet off the top, or whatever he thinks looks best. WOW, like 5 guys got after it and did way beyond what i asked or expected. Lead guys was super laid back and friendly, these guys don't mess around.

The Cut-N-Edge team does a great job with weekly maintenance ,seasonal color , flowerbed cleanup and even Pergola and a new fence. Highly recommend Rob and the team for all your landscaping needs

What an awesome company from the owners to the office staff and the all the different groups of guys. They are always professional and trustworthy. I used them when I was deployed and they helped me out in so many ways and I have used them ever since. We are on our 3 house and will not use anyone else.

Cut-N-Edge did a complete redesign of the landscaping at our office incorporating steel planters, edging, black tejas gravel, and a variety of trees & plants to compliment our building. I used Cut-N-Edge for a number of years for routine mowing and maintenance, a few small hard scape projects, and twice a year clean ups and trimming. Always happy with the work and responsiveness from all. I have moved away from their service area, which is a shame, because I would like to have them continue service at my current location.
Definitely recommend them!!
