My experience with Ward North American was fabulous. Every need and want was attended to completely and quickly. This team is competitive and handle your possessions with care. I could not be happier with them. it was the least stressful part of the move!

Fantastic experience with Ward North American Garland from beginning to end. 5 Stars! Incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them based on our experience. We have moved / relocated eight times and this was the best of them all. Dave and the two crews were wonderful to work with.

I could not have asked for a better moving experience. From the start, my consultation and evaluation for the move was fantastic from TX to NC including the transport of my vehicle. The packers, t.v. crater and mover in charge were all great!!! I even had a situation with my new residence which caused me to delay delivery. Ward North Americam worked with me. Everything was delivered to me as it was. Safe and sound. I highly recommend them!! The only thing I should have added was unpacking after delivery. Next time I will.

Kris with Ward North American is great! He is friendly and had immediate answers to all my questions. He really collaborated with me & went the extra mile to get me the moving date I needed and the services I wanted.

True professionals from start to finish. The bidding was quick and efficient and I received it that day. The move with Justin and his team was absolutely fabulous. Great communication and no issues. Nothing was damaged and the unloading and set up was very efficient! I would definitely recommend Ward NA.

Joseph was our driver for the first part of our pickup in Grand Prairie/Keller. Joseph also delivered our furniture to Pensacola.

Joseph was awesome, outstanding, and his helpers were selected by him. Again we cannot say enough good things about Joseph and his staff of nice young men. They arrived when scheduled and packed everything so nothing was damaged. They set everything in our Pensacola house as we directed and set up where needed.

Jennifer was helpful with organizing our move and following up with me to ensure everything was going smooth throughout. David and his team were careful and efficient with our move. They worked around me and the kids while packing our items. And when we moved into our storage units, they were thoughtful enough to organize things so we could get to what we needed. I would definitely use their service again!

Scarlett and Jennifer were fantastic to work with and help with my relocation to Kansas City. They stayed in constant communication about when things were scheduled to take place. I highly recommend this team.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company, its driver and movers are careless and irresponsible. They gave us such high expectations at the time of contract but ended up delivering our household good cross country damaged (so many heavy boxes stacked on top of lighter ones that boxes were crushed and some contents damaged, furniture damage, etc ). They also damaged our brand new home when they brought the items inside. Our floors were dented and gauged from their repeated dropping of the dollies even though we kept telling them to please be careful as these are brand new wood floors. It was like a stampede of rhinos with dollies!! We were helpless and just wanted them to bring the stuff in and leave. When we complained to the company, they did not take any responsibility even though we provided photos and documentation. We had made notations of the damages on the bill of lading before the driver who kept saying: “I’m the manager of this crew” left. Somehow when we asked the company to provide a copy to us that page was missing from the paperwork!! The company neither acknowledged nor considered our repeated pleas to them. We even asked them to at least pay for the fixing of the damaged flooring areas. They denied all of it. We do not recommend this company to friend or foe. Be aware.

Relocated from DFW TX to NM --- Wow - Incredible service from packing and loading to unloading and set up. Dax our driver was amazing! He and his crew got us packed, loaded, and unloaded in record time. Whole crew was very courteous and professional. Not a single item broken or damaged. Dax was in constant communication - letting us know the status of our delivery. Scarlett was exceptional with coordinating the move and checking in on us along the way. Kris started us out with an easy and competitive estimate. Cody was available on the weekend to assist when needed. All the Ward staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you!!!

Ward North American were fantastic with our move from TX to GA. Kris was very comprehensive regarding the services offered by Ward for our move during his pre-move estimate visit and was able to price match a cheaper estimate from a competitor. Scarlett did an excellent job handling the logistics of the move and keeping me informed of all activities throughout the move. Rober’s crews did an excellent job packing and loading the truck. They were very fast but took great care of our items. Rober also did an excellent job with delivery of our items and was very accommodating at the destination when he had to get a shuttle truck for our second drop off. Overall it was a very pleasant moving experience. Thank you.

Move Experience with an Amazing Team!

From the very beginning, the organization was top-notch. Every detail was meticulously planned, making the entire process feel seamless. I had the support of friends and family, which made the experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. Their help, combined with a fantastic moving team, ensured everything went off without a hitch.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Luis, Ruben, Roy, Tony, and Wilbert during my move, and I can't say enough good things about them! They treated my belongings as if they were their own, showing incredible care and attention to detail.

These hardworking individuals made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the move. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

Getting a quote was easy and very competitive. Communication leading up to, during and after was excellent. The driver (Rick) and his transportation and packing partner (David) were fantastic. Overall I was very happy with Ward Moving.

The crews that moved us were great, but the driver was perpetually annoyed with us. He was disrespectful to my wife. I will grant that we weren't as ready on move day as we were expecting but we worked non stop to get ready, and we are both in our 60s. The driver kept telling us how stressful it was for him, like it was a piece of cake for us. That being said, all our stuff made the trip in one piece and on time.

The folks who packed us up in TX and unloaded us in AZ were efficient, friendly and competent. Nothing was lost or broken. John and the moving coordinators were great! Only negative is that we’re still waiting for $$ reimbursement for being under estimated weight 2 weeks after being moved in.

Maria, Tony, & Mike made my move so fast & easy, I'm pretty sure they beat Usain Bolt world record 100 meter dash. I had tricky furniture that had to be disassembled just pass through doors and somehow, my couch & computer desk became more sturdy/comfy??? Job was completed with enough time in the day to cook a 5 course dinner & watch the Dallas Cowboys do what they do best. 10/10. Will use again if my rent skyrockets again.

Very efficient and great service! Got all of my stuff delivered in peak condition and the guys quickly reassembled all of my stuff easily. Highly recommend!

I moved across the border and Ward was excellent at facilitating my move. They were the only company that actually came to my apartment and did a complete review of my goods to move. They were in communication with me for the whole time right up until delivery at my new location.

The pick up crew in Texas were also very good and professional and made sure all my goods were packed properly and safely.

The unloading crew at my new home was great and it was all done quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Ward North American for your move!

Cody and the team were extremely professional. They made our moving experience seamless and satisfying. The team worked efficiently on both ends of out interstate move and I would recommend them any day!

The only reason I'm giving this company 2 stars instead of 1 was because the driver and actual movers were friendly and hard-working (they get 5 stars). The company itself, however, is unreliable. I solicited estimates to move my household from Texas to another state 12 hours away. Ward was one of the companies that provided an estimate and assurances that they would get my furniture and belongings to the destination on time. The gall of it is, I initially selected one of their competitors, but Ward's salesman, Kris, schmoozed me into believing that Ward was the better choice. Spoiler alert - they were not. They picked up my household items and delivered them to a local warehouse. Kris gave me a delivery window, stating that the delivery would likely occur in the early part of the window. My furniture and belongings languished in their warehouse in Texas and were not even picked up to be delivered until after the delivery window closed. My belongings arrived 16 days after they were picked up. Sure, I'll possibly get a couple hundred dollars back as a refund (roughly 6% of what I paid them), but that really doesn't cover the amount of times we had to go out to eat or do take-out as we had no kitchen-ware, or imagine starting a new job seven days after arriving in your new city and the majority of your clothes are in a warehouse in Texas? Go with another company - any other company.
