System was not working properly. I called Stellar Air and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. No service call which saved lots of time and money. Very professional. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We needed our ac fixed and a guy named Arturo came as soon as he could the same day we called. Thank goodness for them being quick at coming to help and fixed our ac in no time. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to fix your air if you need someone quick and with alot of knowledge.

Arturo was a thorough professional. He was able to get to our house the same day and take care of the cooling system on a Sat when it was 110 degrees. He also inspected and ensured the unit and ducts were good. Special mention to Kristy for coordinating and following up multiple times during the course of repair. Stellar has won a client for life.

Art went above and beyond, he took the time to explain to us everything he was completing. In today's society it's good to have such outstanding customer service. His knowledge and time he took to make sure we understood was absolutely appreciated. Working in 100° heat you would think he would have rushed the job, but he really took his time. He made is feel like we were his only customer because his attention was focused on our project only.

Arturo was on time and was very professional and very knowledgeable and did a terrific job in replacing the complete AC and Heating system. Cleaned up all his mess. Walk me thru the whole system inside and outside. I would highly recommend Stellar Air and Arturo for service, new installation, replacement of system and yearly maintenance.

Art sold us Stellar Air from the moment he walked in. He was very honest, very upfront, and explained everything in great detail. The HVAC company that installed our unit left us high and dry and it may have been the best thing that could have happened. We will be turning to Stellar for all things HVAC from here on.

Stellar Air technician Arturo called when he was on his way….and actually earlier than the appointment time. He was thorough with his knowledge of the repairs needed and actually showed and explained the problems. This company not only showed up, but they showed up on time! The tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything in terms that I could understand. He took his time and made sure the AC was fully operational before he left. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC/Hearing needs.

My service technician’s name was Art. He was very professional. I can tell that he really likes doing his job and he knows what he is doing. He did not hesitate to educate me on everything that he was doing. Art has left a very good impression with me. If you need any HVAC work completed you will regret not calling Stellar Air first. Arturo was great to work with!! He called as soon as I put in the request and kept me posted on his arrival time. As soon as he arrived he started diagnosing the unit and explained the entire process to me. He walk me through our system and showed me what to look for and helped me understand our system. Last year my mother in law had a problem with her AC system in the middle of July. Her normal guy couldn't get out there so we started calling around and Stellar Air agreed to work her in. Art went out and took care of her problem. While talking with him, I really liked him and asked him to come out and look at my own 3 unit system and do routine maintenance. We had recently had one unit replaced by a different provider (through american home shield) and it was a shoddy job...they installed the unit incorrectly which flooded my attic and second floor and didn't do all the things I think they should have done but couldn't argue because I signed a vague handwritten quote. So Art comes out and does a full inspection, takes pictures, runs tests, does the routine maintenance and then walks me through all the issues with my units. We knew it was a hot mess: the oldest unit was close to dying, the duct work in our attic was horribly done, and the three units didn't work in tandem so they were super inefficient. Art gave me different prices on fixing all of it or fixing some of it so we could decide what fit our budget currently and what we wanted to tackle long term. He answered all my questions, and I really felt like I could trust him. But after he left...I got cold feet. I'll be honest...i dragged my feet because the experience with the other provider was so horrible that I just didn't want to do it again. Six months later my oldest unit died. If I wanted AC during the Texas summer...I needed to get it fixed. I called American Home Shield and had them send one of their groups out so I could get a quote for replacement - and that's what I got - 5 mins of "your unit is broken, here is a handwritten quote on replacing it". Then I called Art again. He sent pdfs with everything that was included in the various options so I could really see what I was getting. I remembered why I wanted to use him in the first place. His knowledge and his ability to explain things to me were top notch. I can't even tell you if the prices were comparable because I have no idea what was included in the other providers quote. I ran Stellars pricing by a relative out of town that does AC work and he said the price was a fair price. I had the dead unit replaced by Stellar Air and all of my duct work redone. The first thing I really liked was that Art came out the day before the install to check everything to make sure they would have all the things they needed on the day of the install so there wouldn't be any surprises. They were ontime, everything was completed efficiently, they cleaned up all their mess, and Art came out before they left and inspected the job BEFORE the install crew left. He showed us pictures of before and after and explained what the different things they did were and a few places where they threw in some updrades. I should point out that I am female and generally handle these types of things instead of my husband. Art gave me the same respect he gave my husband. I never felt uncomfortable with him being in my house without my husband home, and the same with his install crew. It was absolutely amazing how the new unit and the new duct work made the units work together better. It was so cold that we had to turn up all of our thermostats. Definitely give Art at Stellar Air a call for regular maintenance, repairs or installs!

The owner came out and installed a new indoor and outdoor unit after my AC went out due to a leak. They were able to come out on a Saturday with less than 24 hrs notice! Very hard working and diligent in making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the product. They were extremely professional and explained everything. I am definitely a customer for life and would recommend them to anyone.

We had 2 out of 3 AC units not cooling the house properly. Had guests coming for long weekend so was kind of emergency. Art has responded to our service call very timely. He evaluated all the units thoroughly and explained us each of the issue to make us understand the details. He addressed the issues right away and made good recommendations. Would definitely use his service again in the future.

Art called me enroute to tell me when he would be arriving and was very punctual. He greeted me at the door very professional and genuinely. Through the process he walked me through what he was doing. He took the time to really listen to me and what was going on. He took the steps to get my system working correctly. Art is very knowledgable and relatable. He went over all of my parts and explained everything in great detail. We had originally requested a duct cleaning. However, Art walked us through our unit and suggested that our units are perfectly clean and only require basic dusting. I appreciate his honesty in regards to actually helping us as opposed to making a quick buck. I highly recommend this business and also their maintenance contract.

We have used Stellar Air since we moved into our house almost two years ago and we could not be happier. Our service tech, Art, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He takes the time to show me and explain what is doing or what he did and answers any and all questions. They are super responsive, even in the late evenings for an emergency call, they provide several different maintenance plan options and their rates are great. We are getting ready to replace our entire HVAC and Stellar will definitely be the ones we call for that. Total five star service.
