Wonderful service during the pandemic! I had a leak in my A/C line and water dripping into my living room. Line was blown out and repaired. Also had extensive damage to my A/C ducts and had them replaced. Fast service and fair prices! I recommend 5 Star A/C and Heating!

We were very satisfied with the maintenance and repair services provided by 5 Star. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable of the system needs and requirements and performed those services in a timely and efficient manner. One important detail 5 Star showed up when scheduled. We have had two other contractors this week that did not show up and sent a text message AFTER they had been scheduled to be here.

Jeorge has been doing my turn up summer and winter for a couple of years, very professional and always
does a great job. Most important thing is he will let me know if my system need
different work done to it.
I trust him with my home heating and air conditioning. Jeorge always works around my crazy schedule .

5 Star Heating & AC repaired my AC last summer for a very fair and reasonable fee. A fraction of what the big "Service Titan" conglomerate companies charge. Highly recommend.

Jorge from 5 Star A/C and Heating has helped at 2 different houses. The first house had an AC unit that would sporadically start blowing hot air. After another AC company attempted to fix it twice and couldn’t, Jorge came and fixed it. I didn’t have any more issues. At the 2nd house, my AC went out and then started working again. He serviced the unit and it has never worked better!! He has also installed 3 Nest thermostat for me. Great service!! And Jorge was always wearing a mask during Covid!! I highly recommend this company and Jorge!!

This guy right here y'all; he's one of the good guys. My man took real good care of me. I called him and he came out the next day and looked at my air conditioner situation. He then followed up on the next day and came back out to install my new unit. AND JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW: HE DID IT IN THE RAIN. This guy Jorge is a real professional. I absolutely enjoyed everything about him. Hands down he's top ten. Do not hesitate to call him.

Jorge and his team are fantastic, they were professional. I had a very old A/C system and Jorge listened to all my concerns and installed a brand new updated system. I absolutely love coming home to a cold house, so glad that I chose Jorge for this job!

Jorge was great! He performed a detailed inspection, diagnosed the problem, gave me an acurate estimate and delivered on the service. He was able to fit me in the day I called. I would definitely recommend using Jorge if you have a HVAC issue in Garland.

I would not recommend this company.

I hired them to replace the ductwork in my entire house. I was told the job was done, and was sent pictures to “verify” the work. At the time I noticed 2 of my vents weren’t receiving any air (they had before). I questioned Jorge, and he claimed it on the location in the run and said there was nothing he could do.

I went to look at the ducts to see why they were not working. Turns out, they only replaced the ducting you could see from the access point, and they did no work at all to the other 2/3 of the house. The pictures I was sent were just of that section, even though I was told they were of the entire house.

I took videos and sent it to Jorge. I informed him that I wanted a refund for the work that was not done so I could hire someone else to come finish the job. Weeks have passed and still no refund, and every time I manage to get a hold of Jorge he claims that “the office” is the hold up.

Don’t trust this company.

Rick is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to help me over the phone and his service call fee is the most reasonable I’ve run across. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been using these guys for years. Just recently Terry came out and repaired my furnaces for one third of what Milestone quoted me. If you want quality and honestly from your HVAC people, give Terry a call. Found out recently they now also do electrical work as well.

I set up an appointment with Jose when my heater went out during the subfreezing weather we had on 12/22/22 and he never showed up. He didn’t return my calls or texts and I was left freezing the entire weekend
