Tony arrived on time, parked his sleigh properly, brought the right tools, and worked hard to clean out the dryer vent. He checked both ends and the middle using a very long cleaning tool, and inspected the outside vent to be sure the whole unit was clean. Gave me the stick-on sign to attach to the dryer with the date of the next service. I dutifully attached said decal to the side of the dryer. See next year!!

I hired this company to do a ductwork replacement at my home in Plano, Texas. They did the replacement, but they made a crucial error where the ducts narrow immediately after the air handler. This has caused consistent AC issues in the home with the system unable to cool all of the rooms in the small home (even though the air handler and condenser are both under 5 years old).
I've called, texted, and emailed Guardian Services about this issue. They refuse to even take a look at the issue they introduced. I'm going to be forced to pay thousands of dollars to another company to undo the error that they caused.

Had a great experience with Guardian Services as they cleaned my air ducts. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.He came right on time and was able to finish in about 2 hours. Will highly recommend them.

Have been contracting with Guardian to clean and maintain our commercial kitchen twice per year. Their staff is in uniform and always leave my kitchen super clean. Had to call them for some emergency repairs and they arrived in less than an hour and completed the repairs in one visit. Excellent service and communication.
