I was told by 3 other companies that my system needed to be replaced, and I was without heat for 2 days. Lisa called and was offering a tune up. When I explained to her what was going on she transferred me to her manager Jason, and he asked if he could send out a tech out to help me and if he was NOT ABLE to get me running then he would wave my service fee, since I've already paid over 200 in Service fees and still no heat. Robert showed up same day and it was a board ( not the whole ac) that needed to be replaced. HE re placed it and I was up and running with my heat on. Robert was here for about 1.5 hrs and I was so happy to have them here. They saved this lady from frezzzzzzing
