Best duct cleaning service in DFW. Very professional, knowledgeable and their customer service is second to none. It's always a pleasure dealing with their office and field personal. I recently had to reschedule a job just hours after their crew had started work. I'm glad to say they were more than accommodating. Got the job scheduled and done a week later. I most definitely will continue to use their services.

I recently had an issue with my home AC — it was blowing air but not cooling. I called Fair Comfort Solutions in Garland, TX, and I’m so impressed with their service.

The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me before doing any work. He showed that the capacitor had no current running through it and asked for my approval before replacing it. The part he used even came with a 5-year warranty, not a cheap one you’d find on Amazon. He also cleaned up all the leaves around my AC unit — a thoughtful extra touch.

The total cost was $185, including the diagnostic and the part — very fair for such honest, high-quality work. I highly recommend Fair Comfort Solutions to anyone looking for an honest, fair, and highly skilled HVAC company.

WARNING! Do not use this company!
Last year they knowingly put the wrong size capacitor on my A/C unit which caused the circuit to over heat and eventually the unit to fail. I have documentation but they refuse to do anything about it. They did this last summer and of course when it was discovered it's "beyond the warranty". The company rep was defensive from the start and showed no concern about acknowledging or solving the problems he created. He eventually hung up on me! Even though I never raised my voice or cussed. I just asked him to come look for himself. He was unwilling to even do this. **So unless you plan on hiring a second company to check their work before their warranty expires I would definitely avoid this company. The only warranty for incompetence and shady business practices is to avoid this company.

Story: My heat/AC went out over the summer (I mean nothing worked) and I was really stressed out. The house wasn't heating or cooling and I had a feeling the whole unit would need to be replaced. It was over 12 years old. I had a four companies give a quote for a new unit since supposedly it couldn't be "fixed". Quotes ranged from $8K to $25K!! I was really confused about the different options. Sal from Fair Comfort Solutions, found the problem was with the heater. He was the only company to get the AC working, even if temporarily. He saw we were uncomfortable and did his best to take care of us. He provide a fair price for a new unit and answer all of my questions! I was able to take my time in my cooled house to make the best decision for our family. I will always be giving my business to Sal because he actually cares!! He is fair, honest and goes above and beyond to help.
