Jay and Gabe did a wonderful job, Rasmussen is now my go to company. They took great care of me and went above and beyond for me. They cleaned my air ducts and carpets, will have them come out to do the rest of my home in the near future!

A 99.00 special ending up being 250.00 for some chemical spray for the dog pee stains.

I scheduled an appointment for air duct and dryer vent cleaning on the house I just purchased. Took the day off work to be home during the window I was given and THAT MORNING I was called and asked “if my unit was in a closet” I replied “yes” to which they said they couldn’t do the service and that is too far of a drive to make to just turn around. I asked “why does a closet unit matter? The majority (if not all) of homes I have been in have units in closets” to which she replied “the boss said it couldn’t be done”… in reality they had a coupon in the Valpack and probably didn’t want to honor it anymore. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because they very well might be a good company but I wasn’t afforded the opportunity to find out. I am very disappointed at the complete lack of customer service, professionalism and respect for people’s time.

The pictures shows they asked for a review… so I’m clearly in their system incase they try claiming otherwise like the other negative reviews…

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in one bedroom because it was so soiled. Rick came out, said he could get the grease out, and he treated and cleaned three rooms. All the carpets look new. Quick service at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

Rick and his team did an amazing job! We wanted to get all of our carpets, airducts, and grout cleaned before we brought our newborn home and they did a great job! We have three dogs, and they got everything out. The house looks good as new and feels amazingly clean. We will definitely use them again!

Technician was prompt and knowledgable. We had a plugged dryer vent. When he could not clean it easily, and he phoned the office for a quote on the price for a "thorough cleaning". Suddenly my cost went from $99 to $672. I authorized it, and the time it took to complete the "thorough cleaning" was less than 15 minutes, and simply involved him goin onto the roof and using his regular cleaning system from the top of the vent. So that 15 minutes cost me an additional $573 - that's $2,292 per hour. What a ripoff.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the professional manner in which Tyler Gray conducted himself as he provided outstanding service for us. He cleaned our carpets and our air ducts. All along the way he kept us informed and provided explanations. We highly recommend him!

I called Rasmussen to get my upholstery cleaned. They called to tell me they were running a little late and got here within 15 minutes of the time they said. The workers were pleasent and very professional I was very satisfied with the work done and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Rasmussen did a great job cleaning my carpeted bedrms and my 8x10 area rug. They have truck mounted equipment that heats the water to steam clean and allows for quicker drying. I’ll use them again.

Cancelled the day of saying they let go of their technician, had to wait two weeks to get a new appointment. They come out and then tries to charge more per square foot than the original quoted price because the carpet has urine. Even if they mentioned it during the call I felt very misled. Should have just called another company when they first cancelled without proper notice.

The guys did a splendid job, clearly knew what they were doing, detailed it out and executed in a timely manner. Will use them again.

I highly recommend them! They did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts, cleaning all of our carpets and even steam cleaning the tile in our bathroom. They were professional and great to work with. We will definitely use their services again in the future when needed. Thank you so much!! ⭐️

Tyler and Ean came over a d quickly handled several issues that we did not know ow we had and completed services quickly, professionally, and all the work was done perfectly. Great guys, great service.

First of all they were on time which is always a good start. The work was very good indeed and the attitude of both was also fantastic. Just got a house a few weeks ago, and while assembling a huge couch for my wife, I had an appointment at 2 pm, Let me just say that Rick [the business owner of the company] is the real deal. He reminds me of my supervisor as both have absolutely 💯% zero problems getting out there in the field. He and Ean did an outstanding job with the carpet in the 3 bedrooms, movie room, hallway, media space, steps, Master bedroom, and associated closet in addition to sanitizing it--it's figuratively and quite literally looks like brand new carpet!! I already plan on getting the tile/grout done as well as the air ducts in the near future. Thank you again 🫡

Tyler and Ean from Rasmussen Cleaning Services did really a good job. They did carpet, duct cleaning and treated the mold in the plenum. We are really happy with the service we highly recommend them.

I've been very reluctant to have my air ducts cleaned, not real sure it was worth the $$. It definitely was. I used to battle dust and dog hair on a daily basis. Not any more. Still have dog hair, but I'm not sweeping the floors twice a day like I was. Not even every day. They were on time, fast and efficient. Very, very happy with the service I received.

These guys were on time very knowledgeable and did a great job in cleaning my three rooms definitely recommend would give more stars if I could. Aiden was great.
